Review Time
I’ve been with Vinted for at least 3 years, I never had an issue, every time I was asked for KYC verification I passed it. But 4 months ago it said it got passed correctly but I couldn’t transfer the money from the wallet to my bank account, all my transfers failed. I asked Vinted many times and they provided to MangoPay the extra documents they asked me for, yet those many times MangoPay answered always the same “they’re not valid” I literally showed them a residency proof signed by the Townhall and the official government. I reached MangoPay on email and they take the piss, they answer every 10 days and come back with 0 solution denying official documents, this goes against the EU law. I will report you if you don’t unblock my wallet and give me my money.
I have been selling with Vinted and need to verify who I am. It keeps getting rejected?? Can not get hold of a person and Vinted keep sending me the same message which is very unhelpful. I am just wonder what is going wrong and why I can get NO HELP with this
Hello, dear Mangopay team, I am unable to withdraw the balance in my Vinted account. I submitted two utility bills. The first time, the Vinted team replied that Mangopay was functioning normally. The second time, Vinted asked me to submit again, but they informed me that the proof was invalid. Up to now, my balance money cannot be withdrawn, which has seriously affected my daily expenses. Could you please advise me on what to do?
Signed my business up for a Vinted Pro account a few months ago. I was asked for verification documents to prove my business was active and genuine. These were accepted immediately and I was able to sell.Sales did well, and I was able to withdraw money after a few weeks in line with Vinted Pro’s T&Cs, and had no issues whatsoever.Made nearly £500 worth of sales this month (July) and have been trying to withdraw the available £400 for just over a week now. Suddenly I need to verify my business again.I have uploaded umpteen documents in line with what’s being requested and all have been rejected with no explanation as to why. Just being told to upload the same documents I’ve uploaded a number of times already.I’ve got bills to pay that are now going to be late. And already incurring overdraft fees to cover others. Mangopay are unlawfully holding this money for no valid reason.Vinted Support are no help either. I will no longer be selling on Vinted until they change their payment provider away from these scammers. AVOID
Havi g an awful stressful time with Mangopay via vinted.Iv been using vinted to buy & sell some of my clothes for almost 3 years.Last year i had to fill in a form regsrding being Politically exposed whatever that means.Again recently i tried to purchase an item but it kept saying payment failed i contacted Vinted through my app. They said contact your bank bank said no problem with my account iv messaged vinted numerous times then i get another link to fill in another politically exposed person!Filled it in sent documents Passport etc.Few days later i get a message via vinted asking if i am the Mothet of an Irish Politician!which im not im just a normal lady i work for the NHS use my own money to buy off vinted which i have a balance of almost 60.00 which i cannot withdraw i keep getting messages from Vinted saying they are invsetigating then yesterday i get the same link asking me to upload things again!then i get a message saying iv already sent the information iv cintacted Mangopay & heard nothing all i want to do is use Vinted to buy things & sell things i no longer wear its a complete nightmare with nowhere to go for help
Having a declutter & decided to pop our pre-loved clothes up for sale on Vinted. Managed to sell a lot, decided to withdraw the funds only to discover that there's a block, Vinted asked us to complete a PEP which we have done but still no response - have we lost this money?Has anyone contacted anyone higher?
I am extremely disappointed with Mangopay’s handling of my case.On 19 July 2025, I transferred 12,133 EUR from my N26 account to the IBAN provided by Expatrio for my German student visa blocked account. The IBAN and payment reference were correct, but I mistakenly entered the wrong beneficiary name.N26 confirmed that the money left my account successfully and even provided me with the official payment proof.Expatrio confirmed that they did not receive the funds. This means the money is currently with Mangopay. For more than 40 days, the funds have been stuck. I contacted Mangopay directly several times, but the replies were unhelpful. N26 has already sent a recall request, but Mangopay has not responded.⚠️ This amount is extremely important for me: it represents my one-year blocked account deposit required for my German student visa, and it is more than my father’s annual salary. The fact that such a large sum is blocked without any transparent communication or solution is unacceptable.I kindly request Mangopay to urgently review this case and either:Return the funds to my N26 account. This is a matter of my education and future, and I expect Mangopay to take responsibility and act without further delay. I am fully prepared to provide all transaction details (IBAN, transaction ID, payment reference, proof of transfer, etc.) immediately, if Mangopay requires them in order to resolve this case.
My ŵife made a vinted withdrawal for £17.5 next day it was in her account I have tried to make 2 withdrawals this month £150 & 10.78 guess still waiting for them given them proof from my bank I have not received still waiting for them to speak to me what a joke of a company
