Pretty much similar position than everyone else. I have become a Vinted pro seller and now cannot verify me with mango pay. I have £2k in my account and no one will help. Vinted say the same thing everyday that they’ll be in touch once they hear more from mango pay: mangopay are rubbish and no help. I refuse to loose my £2000
Can't use Mangopay because i have no driver's licence or passport am 68 and i can't afford to buy one of those just to use this payment site!Furious i had no idea that i could spend money in it but not withdraw to a bank. £18.20 stuck in Delcampe just glad it's not more and i got out of it quickly.Vinted use the same thing so i can't be there either.
Awful!!! - I’ve had two months of …Verification rejected, please resubmit your information!Back and forth sending over documents. No one at vinted can help you,I’m waiting on £175, this is now becoming very very frustrating.I will not be using this platform again, terrible
If i was able to i would not leave one star for these scammers, vinyed and mangopay are a disgrace. Holding my money which isnt a huge amount but its the principle. Done all the ID checks successfully to make withdrawls from my balance, but now they want me to fill in some form to prove i’m not a politically equiped person( someone tell me what that is)…. Absolute joke, do not trust them
I Have recently opened a Vintedpro account and have over £400 in funds with Vinted. Mangopay / Vinted have frozen my funds and want me to upload documents to prove my business. I have done this 6 times now. I have given them everything they ask. I have even had my accountant upload documents for me, but each time they refuse it and won't say why. Vinted is not interested in the issue, so they are just as bad. I have no way of getting my money back without taking some kind of legal action.Avoid at all costs and DO NOT open a Vintedpro account
Gutted to have fallen fowl to these scammers. Money has been pending in vinted and all I keep being told is it’s a technical error however smaller amounts have been paid to me today and yesterday. I’ve received payment £2.50 and £3 which has gone into my account instantly however suspiciously the £85 for an item I sold has a technical error. So frustrating that they would treat people like this. People who don’t have the money to lose and that are trying to earn a couple of quid selling unwanted items only for them to take the complete p!ss and take it from you. Shocking company with zero morals. 😢
When trying to buy an item and use my VINTED balance (10 euros)the purchase was blocked due to a fraud policy. Identity verification was required which I provided with my driver's license, VINTED said was ok, ID confirmed and I could continue with my purchase. No such luck, blocked again, more info requested, messages back and forth and now my balance has been suspended!? Smells like a rat to me and I've been with VINTED for a few years now, mostly buying, very little selling.
I am fed up to the back teeth of filling out a PEP form time and time again cannot withdraw my funds I've sent the last pdf which is a right pain....seriously I'm not holding out...probably a missing full stop ....this needs airing on prime time tv
