Have been waiting for over 6 months to get my 195€ vestiaire collective wallet reimbursed. Apparently Mangopay makes a lot of money by implementing reimbursement procedures that don’t work so as to not reimburse me from my money. 5 follow-up emails - no answer no action. What a fraud and a bad image for Vestiaire Collective as well. Where are the customer centric companies?
So I am a seller on the platform Vinted. After a completed sale on 04.04.24 I pressed withdrawal of funds to my bank account. Guess what…? I got zero monies from Mangopay. So today 26.03.24 …I’m still waiting 🙈 When you join Vinted you become a “client” of their payment provider Mangopay but as their client I can’t talk directly to them about my missing funds? So I’ve contacted the FCA to support me with this second rate company… To all of you who are fighting this electronic payment provider log a complaint with FCA so they can make a visit to their main office and manage their policies so that they actually work. By the way Mangopay don’t be sending me no automated message or response as I have had a belly full of those. 💪🏻
Try to be honest, constructive here but we pushing the limit here as I am joining the others who have had a poor experience.Let's get the usual copy paste responses that I will get from the review/support to refer me to FAQ page which I can copy paste here but it's noted several times below: under 'end-users' & sending email too support at mangopay.com.Now that's out of the way.All I request is a human element to be involved as clearly their software has a glitch. Got the usual ransom demand of sending verification documents as balance locked off until done. Modern day equivalent of 'Highway man' robbery, scam, hustle. My driver's licence expires in 2041, so unless I have been in a coma, it is 2024 so a few years shy. So kindly walk me through as to how this has expired. Vinted is not interested & I need to look further if you fall under FCC, as clearly operating as a financial institution in UK, you are registered but shouldn't have to work this hard. I have seen the registered number, as this will your response so best chip that in now. Before I contact the Ombudsman, I have to conclude the complaints process, which is hidden in a sea of text, but intentionally camouflage as I am frustrated with this process, but no choice. Let's sort this out as this is an opportunity to improve things as there is flaw in the system that needs exploring & fixing with a software patch. A true test of customer service is when things go wrong, who steps into the arena to fix it, so support chums, resolve this as a human touch is required as my earnings from Vinted sales are blocked.
An awful company to deal with, held on to my money with Vinted for almost five weeks now and are still not responding to Vinted.I tried to contact them directly, but that was ignored.In future I will be avoiding any organisation that used this dreadful company.Mangopay have now responded to me personally (see below) and released my funds,
I’m a regular Vinted user, and I buy and sell on the platform. Mango pay is what you want from a payment provider, transactions are so seamless you don’t have to think about it. I had a refund from a seller recently, and that was also seamless.
Update:Yeah and they point to you. So great communication you have. No wonder you score 1.8 out if 5 (even 1.8 is to high)—————How this company is still active is a shock to me.incompetence at its finest. They have a problem with Sorare sinds the 26th of february. Still no solution, and my money is still not added to my wallet.
Disgusting company. Placed an order through Vinted which was cancelled immediately by them, however the money still came out of my account. Now they will not refund me, saying that MangoPay are responsible for the money. They are nothing but THIEVES and I have now had to dispute the transaction through my bank in order to get my money back.
