Absolute joke of a company, no help, support don’t reply to emails. Don’t know who is worse them or vinted. Have instructed a solicitor after FOUR months of trying to get £3800 out of my vinted account. Don’t bother with vinted - eBay is so much better
I was told I had to move to Vinted Pro. Tried verifying my Id 6 times along with business registration. Each time told to upload a different document to be declined. Wouldn't mind but Vinted owe me money for sales that they are holding until verified. Avoid at all costs going Pro on vinted.
Vinted Pro. Realising that these thieves are going to keep our hard earned £2500 sickens me. We worked so hard to earn that money and have been scammed on a massive scale. Verification is of course impossible and if you take Vinted and Mangopay to court you will never get a penny from Lithuania or Luxembourg. It is rigged from the start and I feel like a fool.
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had .My money has been blocked in my Vinted wallet, despite the fact that I submitted all the required documentation. After more than 10 attempts to resolve this issue through customer support, the problem remains completely unsolved. I have received no meaningful explanation or solution. The rejection is purely systematic. At this point, this situation feels like a scam. I am seriously considering asking my lawyer to initiate legal action against to recover my funds. Still wondering how Vinted can accept such thinks to happen, this will definitely go public
Huge security issues with this one, I had withdrawn from my account on a random morning 129€ without purchasing anything, eventho vinted eventually reimbursed me, it’s completely unacceptable that this can be allowed and that they have the data to do this
Avoid like the plague please do not set up a vinted pro account these scammers will let you build up money then when you send in all the correct documents they then use excuse after excuse to give your money! Sickening to think all these businesses losing their hard earned money to fraudsters like Mangopay!!
This is my review of Mangopay! I am a limited company trying to register on Vinted! As part of KYC delt with by mangopay it wants specific documents. One is an article of association and second is proof of registration. For the article of association, I upload a true article of association and for proof of registration I upload the incorporation certificate. They refuse it. So I go again! This time around I upload the latest conformation statement for the article of association (even though it’s not an article of association) and there is literally only document you can upload for proof of registration, and that’s the incorporation certificate. And you guessed it, it was refused. So clearly their KYC is not fit for purpose as it is clearly wanting documents to be used that are not even the correct documents. Poor show this…
