3 days in and still waiting for my vinted money, never had an issue before but this time has been absolutely disgusting. Vinted keep telling me to "be patient" with them, even though my buyers have confirmed everything is okay with their orders, I'm still waiting for payment. Vinted are quick to take the money from buyers though. You wouldn't go to a supermarket and take items, make them wait 3 days for the payment of said items and still not pay them, all while telling them to be patient with you because you're having issues. Absolute joke and will never use vinted again after this.
Awful company keeping my Vinted balance pending like other people I have not received my refund from Vinted after been cancelled there support team is garbage not help what so ever Vinted is going down hill I encourage anyone to stop using them get them into liquidation there steeling people hard earned money allowing sellers also to sell items that they no longer own
I’ve been waiting over ten days for more than £200 owed to me, with payments stuck as “pending” and no real explanation. Thousands of users are in the same situation, yet Mangopay and Vinted have failed to communicate honestly or give any timeline for resolution. This level of service from a regulated payment provider is completely unacceptable.
