I ordered several items from MLP, my body is changing so I’m not small across the board. I ordered a lot of smalls and say they did not fit. I live in the US so instead of shipping them back to France they let me keep them and gave me a 70% credit. They were delightful to interact with and I’m super excited to receive my medium clothes.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and my experience. I purchased 2 pairs of leggings, they arrived and looked very different to the images on the website. The fabric was felt very cheap in comparison to the price paid. I then issued a return only to find out this is at my cost. I had to contact customer services various times to find out how to return and where to return the items to (not a smooth process at all). I shipped express with DHL paid for shipping and taxes 😂.10 days later I still have no email confirmation confirming my return has been processed / received or issued. I’m contacting customer services ( clearly not located in France) every day and am constantly chasing where’s my refund?? Customer services said they have received my return - so why haven’t I been contacted about my refund ?I’m extremely unhappy with the process, and time and money this has cost me. You refund policy is terrible and must be made clear to the customer ( it isn’t very clear at all).I will NOT be recommending this brand to any of my clients or any of my colleagues also working in the fitness industry.Please avoid this company!MLP where is my refund????
I’m a Pilates instructor, and it’s so important for me to feel comfortable both during my own workouts and while teaching. MLP has truly been my greatest discovery! Your sets are absolutely top quality, with such a pleasant fabric and a beautiful design. Thank you for existing! 🎀
Scam. They do everything possible not issue a refund. We returned items exactly as received, at our own cost. They are now claiming there are “stains” and refusing the refund. Total lies. We will make a legal claim. We made 2 orders at over £300. Returned both through the horrible process at our own cost. Now get a vague email saying “an item stained” and no refund possible. Don’t even say which order or which item! Such a scam. Please totally avoid. I do not believe the 5 star reviews. I believe fake.
