Absolutely love the quality and pieces this brand has to offer. Not only are they unique and girly but make me feel so confident and they are so functional. I have so many pieces and I can’t even tell you which is my favorite because I love them all. If you’re thinking, don’t second guess just buy it. You won’t regret it!
DO NOT BUY! Send me only half of my order and everything had marks. The customer service is none existent. Luckily I have a large platform on social media so will be reviewing on there. PLEASE REPORT THE WEBSITE TO BE CLOSED DOWN! It’s a scam
I do not know how the reviews are so high, they must be bought. my order finally arrived 2 months after I ordered it. but the clothes were packaged so poorly some of them are ruined, and part of the order was wrong. When I say packed poorly, I mean zero thought, crumbled into a ball and shoved into a bag. The folds from the crumbles (probably from the 2 months of transportation/temperature changes) ended up staining into the clothes. I cannot get ahold of anyone, I would have liked the items, they fit fine (most of them at least. Some were not as expected from the photos) , but so little effort was placed in the shipping that now everything is beyond repairI would like to just return everything, but there are no free returns. And I cannot get ahold of customer service.
Not too charming on customer service, I have just had this email about returning my item, which arrived to me with a mark on the sleeve. I would avoid this company if you want a reasonable response when things go wrong:‘I want to remind you that you will be responsible for the return fees as we as we covered high shipping fees to your location….If you’re located outside the EU, please note that we are not covering customs and suggest you please declare the value as a $10 gift the lowest possible fee since this shipment is a return and the package value is a return/gift. Unfortunately, if you don’t declare low fees to avoid custom high fees, we will pay for it and deduct it from your refund’
