I am a yoga instructor and i should say never have experienced such a poor quality and customer experience. I dont know who are these girls wearing MLP and look good on how mych photoshop has gone there but these could only be suitable for super skinny women. The quality is poor ( equal to bohoo ) and not flattering. Their Bot response was free returns and the brand sorry thats a wrong answer and you have to pay a lot of money to return the items, not taking responsibility or refunding. Save yourself the trouble and your money. I recommend BAM clothing, b corp certified same price and so much better. Avoid this brand in any cost!
I placed an order with MLP, and it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. After repeatedly checking in, my package finally arrived 1.5 months later — opened, damaged, and missing items.When I reached out, they told me I could return it for a refund, but I would have to cover the return shipping costs myself. Then, despite Track & Trace showing that the return had been received, MLP claimed they never got it. Now I’ve received a message from DHL saying the package is being returned to the Netherlands — to an unknown location — and MLP refuses to take any responsibility.I’m left with no clothes, no refund, and a lot of frustration. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. I will never order here again, and I strongly recommend others to stay far away from MLP.
My 1st purchase from this store, was a bit worried as I usually like to try things on rather than online, also being in US while store is in France .. I purchased 2 leggings and supposed to have a gift as the offer but for some reason wasn't added .. I reached out to the customer service and Danielle did awesome job, she sent my missing gift even though my order was shipped already.. Thanks so much Danielle :) and hopefully those leggings fit so I wont keep sending requests back :D
Smells like a scam! I ordered 8 products and had to wait over a month to receive the products. When they arrived it was clear the products came directly from China and the quality was very poor (from which I concluded that likely most products offered by MLP will be poor quality because I ordered a variety of items). I emailed the company what my options were and they offered store credit of 70% of the order’s value. That meant though that I have to order even more of this poor quality product, so I decided to return everything instead and followed the exact instructions to return (instructions were included in a very long email, it's not on the website). I shared evidence of the return, including a return slip, tracking number and a picture of the package returned. I frequently had to ask for an update and the company asked for the same information (return slip) multiple times even though I had already shared this. Communication became very slow after that and eventually I received an email today that the package never arrived at the return address and there is nothing they can do. An absolute lie, I can tell from the tracking information the return package arrived weeks ago at the address the company provided as the return address. Don't ever order here. UPDATE: after I posted all of the above, they have shared an update (still not confirming receipt) and refunded my money. Interesting process and I am of course am happy to have my money back. Will still never order again.
I placed an order on 1/25/2025 (two weeks ago) and the order has not been shipped nor fulfilled. It’s reads that items is “processing” “label created”. They are claiming that items or on back order, however they still have the items listed on the website on the website. Note - MLP responded to me that my order was “re-shipped”, however it was not, their was response was not truthful. They wrote me an email a few days later informing me that they were experiencing significant delays.
Order no 17819The clothing is cheap quality. Paid £50 for two crop tops and matching knickers and when they arrivedI was shocked at the material. I literally could goto a local market stall in town and get them for two for a tenner. Stretchy flimsy rubbish. Am fuming i didnt check reviews first before buying. And IAm never shopping on Instagram again!!!The email below indicates they are not aware of my complaints but they have already had several emails regarding my dissatisfaction of the quality and due to them being underwear i am unable to return. However the quality and sizing of the products is far below what you would expect as a consumer. If i could attach images to Trustpilot I would gladly do so
I ordered a couple of items and 4 weeks later nothing arrived and the status of my order was still not updated, kinda thought I was scammed. I contacted the customer service and they were very quick to answer and apologise, gave me a new tracking link saying it would be updated in the next 48 hours, 5 days later it was still not updated, kinda thought I was scammed vol. 2. Another week later my parcel arrived and the items are actually very cute and okay quality.I expected them to ship from Paris because of the brand name, maybe that was wrong. They were not transparent on the website about shipping time or where they ship from (or at least I could not find the info). I believe transparency could be improved in each step of the shipping.
This company seems like a scam. Their items are very poor quality and their return process is such a hassle and they make you pay the customs fee when you return items. They wouldn’t refund one of the items because they claimed there was a stain on it when there wasn’t (I tried it on literally once, and it was such a poor fit and low quality that I sent it back immediately).
