I had a really positive experience working with Miangaly. Very helpful and patient while assisting me with my order and making sure I received credit back. I initially ordered the wrong size, but made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I also have to say, I absolutely love the styles of the workout tops and bottoms I purchased. They’re flattering and comfortable. Once I got the right size, everything fit perfectly. I am 33 inches on top but bigger cup size so It was a little tricky. I end up getting mediums on the style I like, instead of small.
Overall, great customer service and products I’m really happy with. I’d definitely shop here again!

I waited two weeks for my order, which also arrived incomplete. The clothes smell awful, and some of the items had already been worn. There were traces of deodorant and makeup on some of the tops. Plus, the quality is terrible and the prices are way too high. That was the first and last time I’ll ever order from MLP.
Update on previous posts. A refund was issued. Thank you for getting to me. I would have appreciated a quicker response time. But when I did receive the clothes I ordered on a prior order I really appreciated the fit of them. Shipping is there biggest hurdle and they need to provide a way to correct an error on an order sent in if necessary. Had it not been for the nightmare in shipping this most recent time around. I would have ordered again and again.
Very poor quality and too afraid to even attempt to return to get a refund because of the other reviews that I have now read. I would end up wasting more money to return and it doesn’t sound like anyone on here has done that and been successful. Another red flag is that items were sent from China but they want it returned to France. Honestly, these are the cheapest feeling, tackiest clothes that I have ever purchased. Utter waste of money, buyer beware.
I placed an order with this company on February 19 totaling $275.00 USD and did not receive it until March 18, nearly 30 days later. The package arrived damaged, which already raised concerns about handling and shipping standards.Unfortunately, the issues did not stop there. The products I received did not match what was advertised on their website. The leggings did not follow the sizing guide provided and were inconsistent in fit, and the tank top included branding that did not match the product images online. These are not minor discrepancies, they reflect clear misrepresentation of the product.From a consumer protection standpoint, this falls under misleading commercial practices as defined by the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, which requires that companies provide accurate and truthful representations of their goods.What made this experience significantly worse was the customer service. Over the course of 11 email exchanges spanning more than 10 days, I was repeatedly met with delays and circular responses that failed to resolve the issue. Juliana, who has been handling this case, refused on multiple occasions to connect me with a manager or supervisor, despite repeated and explicit requests. This is not only a waste of the customer’s time, but also reflects a company avoiding accountability rather than addressing the problem directly.I requested a full refund based on the condition of the items, the misrepresentation, and the overall experience. The company refused to provide a prepaid return shipping label, despite shipping internationally, effectively placing the burden and cost back on the customer for their own errors.At this point, this is not just about a poor purchase. It reflects a broader issue with quality control, transparency, and how this company handles legitimate customer concerns.
