Review Time
I have placed an order on June 19 for over £200 - I am still waiting for delivery - 3 weeks ago .. I would like a refund for order no 25657 for non receipt of order as a matter of urgency .. I have contacted the company so many times and no idea what courier is delivering my order and what warehouse it is in
First of all I had to wait a very long time for my package so I was already e-mailing several times.. the responses were quick. After I finally received my package I found out that everything came from China like the smell of it. There was no logo on any of the items I ordered just a simple tag with Marie Louise which is to cut off. Even the sizes were Asian sizes and non of them were in my orginal size. I wasn’t happy with my order at all so after a few e-mails Marie Louise finally gave me a return address. I paid 20 euro to make sure was not get lost but the delivery company couldnt return the product because the address was not correct so I e-mailed again they blaimed me that I have was wrong so I did a second attempt for delivery.. again the address didnt exist .. when I looked on Google maps I found some pizza restaurant.. which was not MLD Business 2 Rue Beauvoisine76000 Rouen So once you decide to order something know that all the items are not returnable in case it won’t fit. The money you pay is way above the prices they bought those clothes for. Low quality gym clothes from China I won’t recommend nobody.
This ia an ordinary dropshopping who simply is not providing return detaila, only if I stop a dispute. Their stuff that was sent at 150 euro. And is all small and cheap. Came 2 weeka late. And now I cannot return it, because the service person is not willing to provide me with an adress because I opened a dispute with paypal. Unbelievable. I just want to send the items back and get my money back. Fast delivery but the products are poor quality for the price. The twist back top I got, I thought I chose the wrong size but when I went up in size it stayed just as tight in the waist and only the bust increased. The white sports crop I got is very poor quality, cheap material and the pads are creased and lumpy. I had to fully tighten the straps and even doing so they were so elasticated they remained loose and feel like they are going to tear or stretch out within weeks. Can't wear this anyway with the lumpy padding. As I live in Australia the refund options are harder and require me to pay international postage.
Delivery time was very long as their items ship from China (I'm assuming this is a drop-ship store), but then when I received the skirt I ordered the sizing was completely off. I'm normally an L and this was more like an XS or S. I gave it to a friend, who used the skirt once, washed it, and then the color completely changed from a soft pink to dirty gray. I sent a complaint to the company about the sizing and color change and it took a while to get a reply. In the end they offered me 70% off for a new item (which I don't want, after this experience) and later on even the same item again. As my trust is 0 I didn't take on the offer, and I would've appreciated my money back as this is simply just a bad experience and my money thrown away.
I ordered two weeks ago.. nothing yet. only the message that my order has left China. I thought I ordered from a French site who shows clearly they have the items on stock. In China appereantly. I did read the terms and conditions, but it is nowhere stated it comes straight from Asia. It appears to be French. If I would have known, I would not have ordered, since I don't want my clothes to fly in in 3 weeks time.
The clothes are very comfortable, and the quality has been great so far. The designs are also very flattering, though a few of the tops I ordered didn’t quite suit me. That said, the customer service team was responsive and helped make the refund process smooth and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be back :)
