I had a highly disappointing experience with this company. It appears they are not well-equipped to handle international orders and returns.I sent a package for return, which they claim was never received, resulting in the loss of both my item and my refund. Additionally, the customer service was unhelpful, and I noticed that negative comments on social media, including honest feedback about customer experiences, are removed. In my case, this company blocked me on Instagram after leaving feedback. Due to these issues, I will not be purchasing from this company again.
Scam company they send you cheap items that are rigid and on the small side direct from china. They say you get a free pair of leggings at check out. You don't! £80 odd for leggings and weird top. No where to return or refund. Scammers.
Very disappointed with their service. I did not like the quality of the products and wanted to send them back. They do not show the return procedure on their website, I only got the return address after mailing them. I sent my order back to the address they mailed me, and had to pay for the costs myself. Now they claim they did not receive it, although it was send to the address they provided. They are not willing to help me in anyway.Please don”t order anything here, it is a scam. Now I read all the reviews with this same experience, it is a shame I did not read them before purchasing anything from this website.
Do not purchase - wanted a refund because the quality was poor, uncomfortable to wear, ridged material, not soft especially when you’re paying $80-$90 AUD for a top (on sale too might I add). The return address was to somewhere that didn’t look like it exist and after another $62 AUD, it was returned back to me because it was unable to be delivered after making it all the way to France from Australia. Avoid at all costs.
Money was taken from my account no order email sent. I emailed customer services and & they took long to reply, then requested evidence - so sent them a statement downloaded from my bank account & even highlighted transaction for them. Apparently not clear enough. Back/ fourth with 1 day replies. If I didn't pick this up - money would just have been taken from my account. Poor customer service & question their integrity.
Bought a sport bra, but the quality&fabric was far worse than the picture looks, size indication wasn’t so accurate. So i retuned the item in July. They try to provide store credits, but i insist on return on my own cost.(no return label)I fully followed their return instructions, it was successfully delivered, but never heard from them anymore until now, contacted them two weeks ago, they say they didn’t hear anything back from logistic team..appears to me it a standard instagram scam shop: poor quality, reluctant to refund requests, and no refund.
The items arrived late and were stuck in China for like a week. They felt very nice after they finally arrived. Yet I wore the tank top to the gym for one sesh, and its string broke and now there is a hole! Contacting customer service right now, very afraid after reading the other comments that I encountered similar problems and never got refunded. It is a 39 pound top by the way.
Some items were good quality but one fell apart after a handful of uses. DO NOT BUY from this brand they will not acknowledge your legal customer rights as a UK or EU buyer and allow the free return and refund of a faulty item. Super not worth the hassle such a shame.
