It’s a SCAM! Have a look at the positive reviews - they’re all fake, profiles with either just 1 review or profiles that clearly do this as a job to similar drop shipping scams. Firstly, the clothes are very cheap quality, then they make it impossible to return them and then once you return they refuse to refund. The delivery was delayed by 2 weeks (probably cause shipping from china not France how they like to say), then it took me 6 emails (!) and 3 weeks to finally get a return address, they would refuse to give it to me. When I eventually got the address, paid my own return shipping and taxes & duties, they didn’t respond again for weeks. Then they came up with an excuse that “one item is stained” and again refusing to refund and offering their “vouchers”. I had those items in total for few hours, as they arrived so late, a night before my flight, I didn’t even try them all on when I realised how bad the quality is. So yeah.. what a scam. Oh, also when they lied that my return items arrived on Jan 30, when my tracking information shows delivered on 15th. I’ve escalated with my bank now. Don’t fall for this!!
Products ship from China. Poor quality. A month wait for delivery. Return process too difficult and extremely long. They tried to negotiate with me to keep products for a reduced refund, but I have no need for these poor quality clothes. Now have returned items at the my own expense for shipping costs. Still waiting for a refund a month later!
This is another Chinese company pretending to be from another country and in this situation its French. Whilst the website displays in French language, the order is directly received and fulfilled in China. That is not accounted for in your delivery times either. You get an email a day or two later saying there is a delay... no wonder, it's coming from China and not France.Given the initial selling factor that it was French and going by the size guide. The products are typical Chinese smaller made and not true to size. They look nice in the moddelled photos, but they don't look the same on cause they are so much smaller made and somewhat disportionate. Don't bother with the free gifts, mine was an extremely cheap wrap top in white. Poor knitting, and extremely thin, I doubt a charity box would keep it. I was extremely disappointed for the value of my order, given its coming from China. The only nice thing is the design, the rest is a let down. I'll never buy again, on top of that it's disappointing to be tricked.
My parcel is still being delivered, so I cannot comment on the quality of the products. But the service has been exceptional and when I ran into some trouble with delivery address changes, the company's support team has been incredibly helpful and responsive :)
Helpful customer serviceReceived an order of five items. While three items fit well and looked great, two of them were at issue. The light pink leggings were see-through and the wrap top was comically small. Miangaly was quick to respond and offered a 70% credit to be used on other items on the site, which I did. Now I'm enjoying all the MLP items in my closet.
I ordered several hundred dollars worth of clothing including leggings, sport bras and tops. Every bit of it was cheap and ill fitting. The fabrics are very thin and either too stretchy or have no stretch at all. I was honestly shocked by the poor quality. I returned all of it but that was another whole ordeal. They require returns in 15 days but they take a day to respond to emails and it took 3 rounds of emails with me refusing an exchange or store credit before they would send me the return address. They don’t cover the cost of returns so expect to pay upwards of $50 to return the items to France. Also, it takes them weeks to issue a refund. I returned everything (with each item in its original plastic bag as required) and they still refused to refund the sports bra because they said it had a stain on it. This company is total scam.
I’m so disappointed!!! After buying a sports top from and instagram advert in pink which fitted me well, i ordered another one in black, the exact same size. However, when i tried it one it was too small, even though it’s the same size as the pink one. After numerous emails back and forth with Marie Louise Paris, I still have the top, as it’s about 1/2 the cost to return by post and Marie Louise Paris, will not take responsibility that the fault is theirs,and are refusing to refund me the money. Be aware it’s very expensive to send back items if you’re not satisfied with them
