I liked the quality of what I received…

I liked the quality of what I received but it was too small. I know French sizes are smaller than American sizes since most of us are fat, but I am thankfully not. So I'd recommend sizing up. Unfortunately the return & exchange process was not good. They offer cheap shipping to the US ($6 fee) but if you return, you have to pay the cost and the post office told me it would be $53! So I kept the items and received a store credit for 70% of the value. Not great. Other international shops I've used offer discounted or free shipping for exchanges. To be fair the customer service was good and fast.

Delivery delay, bad quality for high prices, unsatisfying return process

Marie Louise had a huge delay in delivery without keeping me updated about the estimated time of delivery. Next to that, the quality of the apparel does by far not meet my expectations. Additionally, the return process was highly inconvenient.In sum, I would not recommend purchasing from them at all.(Location: Germany)

very nice discovery brand and lovely packaging

hello, I bought bra and leggings, even if delivery was a bite long but it's ok as I'm abroad and not in France, the delivery was perfect and the model are very beautiful and qualitative. Packaging is super nice and eco friendly, I definitely recommend this brand and buy on line.
