The customer service over at Mars Hyrdo is absolutely phenomenal. I had a fairly brand new (1 year old) power supply (driver) burn out on me that basically wound up looking like a swollen cell phone battery. I emailed Mars Hydro a few pictures of the unit to their customer support email and they were very quick to not only respond, but also helped me resolve the issue in a couple of weeks. After confirming my original purchase and a few verifications my new power supply was shipped out to me and received. Once I received the new power unit there were some minor modifications that had to be done to it in order for it to attach/connect to my FC-8000, however, this step was made very easy to accomplish, as Mars Hydro sent me a DIY youtube video link, that assisted me every step of the way. I am so happy that they fixed this so quickly before I had to cut my losses on this next harvest. My plant ladies are thrilled and once again thriving. Huge thanks to Mars Hydro and everyone on their customer support team. I highly recommend using Mars Hyrdo products for all of your indoor gardening needs!
This fan works as expected and moves all the air that I need to move. It has a lot of functionality to it. In manual mode the fan can be run at any speed. In auto mode I use it to evacuate high temperature air or high humidity in my 4x4 Mars Hydro tent. There many more options as well. I also had great communication with Mars Hydro from shipping to installation. Products like this help toward letting the tent do the work for me.
I received two fc6500 light that didnt work they weren't showing the same par level as they said the lights produced tested a few different devices and they all showed the same this is where the fun began I contacted the support to to pretty much be told I'm and idiot and did I want some money $40 aud instead of a return I had the produced for 1 week well within the return time it took 2 months to exchange 4 emails and ever email basically was just giving me the run around I had to contact fair traid Australian to get it sorted lucky it was a quick process as the person I spoke to said that there running there business in a dodgy way an that if there was no other complaint made it was going g to take months luck for me some poor person had done it and been through the months of trouble long story short there was more than enough complain been field and I had my money back 3 days after they done there thing 😀 . Beware of there dodgy scamming ways.... and who is mushi they don't start there emails with hi I'm mushi from mars hydro 🤣🤣this is a multimillion dollar business acting like a bunch of clowns
