I orderd a growtent 120x120x200It came with a hole in the canvas. The say we csn refund 12€ i payed 251€ or wait 4 months or new canvas from.tent.Its not normal that the refund 12 € or i need wait 4 months. Need full refund take grow tent back. I dontnorder here aggain.

Wanna lose your harvest and don't get compensated ? Buy Marshydro

I bought the ts1000 in April. It worked for a whole month.The light stopped working the first week into flower. Obviously I wrote marshydro about that. After a week someone from marshydro was kind enough to respond. I lost my whole harvest because the lighr stopped working. That means around 50 Euro for seeds, more than a month of fertilizer and all the care and effort I put in. I paid 200 Euro for the light, every Chinese light should be better for a forth of the price. And probably the same customer service. The only thing I was offered was to replace the dimmer. That's it. I told them it's far from satisfactory, I got the same email again.Definitely don't buy Marshydro!! Overpriced, poor quality and worst customer service I experienced so far! Doesn't matter how cheap you can buy a marshydro light.. if you don't want to lose your harvest and nerves. Don't buy Marshydro!Update: they offered me to replace the light after i send the faulty one back. So i coukd have a ts1000 in 2 weeks. The offer i got after I sent over 10 emails. No compensation whatsoever for the lost harvest, fertilizer and care.Hope someone learns from my mistakes!

I have ordered a mars hydro Evo 1500 grow kits original price 415 I got a discount on it for 290 well when I ordered I got a confirmation now it's going on forth day no tracking number and I gotten a email saying I need delete the business name on the package because there was a typo under business like really this is personal use not business so I make a mars hydro account and under account there is no previous orders or nothing and both but robots to talk to so now I'm just hoping I get it or my money back because if not I will bring in a lawyer afraid it's a scam

Shipment customer service OnPoint less than 5 days for me to get my equipment had one hiccup with my shipment but it was taken care of extremely fast this is the second or third time I've purchased from them and I will continue to purchase from them

I've had issues with their products

I've had issues with their products. First, the carbon filter stopped working after 1.5 months so i replaced it with different manufacturer and have had 0 smell problems after that.Secondly, it doesn't make sense to control the devices (iFresh 6-Inch Smart Inline Duct Fan, Smart FC 4800-EVO LED Light) with a phone app because they turn off and on randomly so you have to keep them in manual mode, which completely negates the smart features.Thirdly, I don't believe their marketing; the quality of the devices definitely doesn't match what they advertise for the price. After this harvest, I intend to switch to another manufacturer and never look back. Also getting customer protection involved here in EU.EDITED 19.05.2024 After Mars Hydro contacted me.Hi, I am not going to handle matters through Mars Hydro. I am going to take the matter to consumer protection, and they will review and handle the issue from start to finish, as I am completely dissatisfied with the company's actions

Problem solved

What made my experience great was when I had trouble that Mars hydro jumped right into action to fix it, they really care about happy customers, sometimes it can be painful waiting on the emails and we get impatient, but with patience they get the job done and if there is any problems with in the best of there power and abilities they fix it fast, I had a couple minor problems and they wasted no time getting the job done. I want to thank the Mars Hydro team for making me a faithful and happy customer. This company is doing very well with making sure they ship out what you ordered at a reasonable Fashion and making sure that they take care of all problems mentioned.Only thing I feel they could work on is getting a 1-800 number so that we as customers are able to speak to a live person, if Mars hydro opened up the doors to me I would actually be happy to team with them to provide such a task to better there customer service to help customers all over the United States, I feel as a customer my self that speaking with a live agent makes the experience a lot more relaxing for in client with a problem, and this would also boost sells as well, sometimes it could be difficult speaking through email because we as customers today are so adapted to todays life of just making a call to companies to get problems solved faster. But I also understand why Mars hydro uses email as well because it’s better for them to read the problems so that nothing is missed. Over all I want to Thank Mars Hydro and can’t wait to do more business with them.I would like to share a small example of one of my problems and how it was fixed. So I ordered custom kits and the FC E8000 with the UR45 light, everything was going well, the next couple of days as items were shipping out I get an email telling me that the UR45 has been discontinued. I was then asked if I wanted to do a exchange for an Adlite, I agreed to do a adlite but it had to be equivalent to the light I was receiving, so upon my request for the UR55 and the IR30, Mars Hydro not only delivered my request but got it shipped out as quickly as possible for the inconvenience, Situations like this What keep happy customers and I will forever be a Mars Hydro customer.
