Do not buy from here shocking customer service

I warn you never to shop with this company I purchased a shirt on 21/11/20 I returned the shirt on 21/1120 because it was too small using everything they asked now they won’t refund and are making out I still have the shirt I have sent proof of return it’s like banging my head against a brick wall, what don’t they get about a return. They must think I’m going to pay £65 to try a shirt on and return it no way shocking company will never ever shop with them again shocking customer service think they are brain dead

My nephew is a massive man city fan I ordered him the man city 2020/21 home jersey small and personalised and what arrived was xxl away jersey with someone else's name when I contacted man city customer service they were very rude even tho it was there mistake I ended up having to pay to send it back eventually got refund for jersey ordered on sports direct instead and still haven't been refunded for postage I'm absolutely disgusted with the service having to explain to a child that he has to wait longer as they messed up never again

Very Disappointing

As a lifelong Manchester City supporter , as David Silva was leaving , I decided to write him a letter saying goodbye and how good he was !I sent the letter 3 days before his exit at Man City and they didn't give him the letter and every time I try and write to the actual Man City email , they just send me the same automated email !Very disappointing (how will I get to write to David Silva now , he is in Real Sociedad) I want a reply .

Poor returns Policy

I ordered a top - Large. I always buy large. However the top was very tight fitting - so tried to exchange for XL.Firstly I paid £4.95 pp for the original order.The returns policy only covers faulty items - though I'd suggest wrong sizes are faulty as giving poor info.Anyway, charged another £4.08 to return.If I still want the XL - it would cost another £4.95pp.Forget that!So over £9 put of pocket. Not seen any other company with such a strict returns. You would think a company rolling in money like MCFC could treat their fans/customers better.Will not be using their online serve again.

I’ve been a season ticket holder for 15 years, have always bought direct from city, but will never use this (apparently franchised) outfit again. Shambolic organisation and no regard for customer service. Shame on MCFC for allowing these people to represent them.

Bought a brand new shirt for my wife

Bought a brand new shirt for my wife, on opening package was shocked to see shirt just screwed up in a bag, which obviously had been opened by someone else. Obviously unhappy about this, so rung and emailed customer services, eventually spoke to a guy called Chris who basically called me a liar and fobbed me off. First time in years a good designed shirt been done, but wish id not bothered buying and will definitely not be using online shop again.

Massive fan of the club-but dont order anything online as they can never get the order right. Very disappointed with the customer service on line especially when you consider the prices that they charge. im only giving a three star because im a fan of the club.

i asked for my last payment for my season card to be put on hold due to my income being severely affected due to current situation. RESPONSE FROM CITY?? DIDNT WANT TO KNOW. NO SYMPATHY WHATSOEVER. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO HAD NO CUSTOMER RELATION SKILLS AT ALL. I WOULD HAVE GOT A BETTER OUTCOME OFF HITLER. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL WAY TO TREAT A LOYAL FAN WHO HAS BEEN SUPPORTING THE CLUB FOR 50 YEARS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT AS CITY SAY ALL THE TIME. IN THIS CASE NO SUPPORT FROM THE CLUB AT ALL.
