I went with my son and wife as a Father’s Day gift. Everyone was extremely polite. Our guide was Ian and Lynn.Great knowledge and laid back.No restrictions and a photo service aswell.So professional and friendly.A very enjoyable experience.
Having problems with my account being in my mothers name, I’m her son so I wanted the name changing into my name as I want a season ticket, the terrible and I mean terrible customer service I have received is beyond a joke. I had half of the department telling me it was done and the other half saying they can’t do it they’re not allowed. Disgusting rude customer service for an issue that is still ongoing. As a lifelong supporter of the club it saddens me that we have people like this working there.
Yesterday we went on the Manchester City tour. My partner and the family are all City fans, as a red supporter, due to my grandfather being a good friend of Matt Busby from when they went to school together, so being a red was always going to be. so this was to be an experience, love or hate it! well this was a great tour, run by George, who was excellent, knowledgeable, great with kids and approachable. As a sportsman I enjoying watching good football, who ever is playing, I was always taught you have to run and play for 120 minutes and don't bother appealing to the ref, he won't change his mind, so just get into a defence position and get on with the game. The tour was outstanding and would recommend to anyone who is interested in football (no matter who they support). Thanks George.
My wife and I booked a weekend in Manchester some time back. I'm an old school City fan from up near Stockport, and hadn't been back for ages. We got tix for the Brighton match, which was postponed, so opted for the stadium tour. First, a big hand to Mike and Matt who were our tour guides - we both enjoyed the tour hugely, and loved the Museum. Tour was well over an hour and worth every penny.
My husband and I took our 12year old grandson for a tour this morning.We were given a wonderful tour with very knowledgeable and personable guides namely Jim and Mat they added to the tour with their knowledge and humour thank you both.We thought the tour was very informative and interesting, it was lovely to see behind the scenes and I can’t wait to go to the match on Saturday with my new knowledge.
Man City Stadium Tour..Did the Man City tour for the 2nd time as we took my brother for his birthday the 2nd time. Graham & Paul were amazing, we took our 16 month old daughter & as expected she got quite agitated due to her not being able to run around which again expected. We was super conscious as other people on the tour were staring & talking between themselves so we offered to take our daughter back to the car. However, Graham was amazing & explained its expected and she behaved very well for her age.As a huge City fan I loved it just as much as I did the first time..Although, a lady behind the tickets & tour counter when I asked to pay with cash for my photographs not realising it was just card was very rude & smug to me. Didn’t appreciate her attitude what so ever but the other 2 ladies were really nice & helpful
Absolutely shocking. Never ever buy from the Manchester city shop. Ordered a kit but the shorts were snagged. Asked for a replacement, not money back, and they would only offer me a discount on my order. It was a Christmas present and they send ruined shorts, all I wanted was a replacement but it became too frustrating to carry on. Amazingly the complaints email is the same a the shops email so the same people will reply
