The online Customer Service is absolutely horrific! A pair of earrings purchased as a gift arrived damaged (post was not connected to one earring). It took tons of text messages over six days to finally get the return process finalized and to receive the correct shipping labels. I am now waiting for the replacement pair of earrings to be shipped out later this month when they are back in stock.I have purchased a number of earrings from Mejuri and love the quality. However, having to deal with the nightmarish customer service should any assistance be required, makes me hesitant to purchase from Mejuri again.
Really disappointed with my recent experience - I have always raved about Mejuri, and am a loyal and returning customer, but will think twice next time. I ordered a present for a birthday over a week ago and paid extra for next day delivery - I enquired as to where it was last Friday, as the birthday in question was Sunday, and was told a system glitch meant shipment was delayed but rest assured it was fixed and my order was on the way. It is now Tuesday and the order still hasn’t been dispatched and I’ve received no further update, other than not to email them back again, as I’ll lose my place in the priority queue - I don’t feel like a priority, that’s for sure!
I had my lobe pierced at Mejuri and bought one of their flat back earrings. About six months later, I had it adjusted to a shorter flat back, but the entire earring fell off and went missing. Despite the flat backs being designed to stay in place, Mejuri did not offer to replace the lost earring and I had to buy something new altogether.
