Mejuri earring fell out while wearing. Still fairly new. These were still in the warranty time window but mejuri would not replace. I won’t be a returning customer. Too risky. Buy jewelry somewhere else.

I had high hopes when I purchased a bracelet from this Mejuri as it was my 3rd purchase from them, especially since they offered a warranty that gave me peace of mind. However, when I tried to use the warranty for a repair recently, I was shocked by how the brand handled the situation.Despite being within the warranty period, they refused to honor it, giving me vague excuses that were not mentioned in the original terms. The staff was dismissive, and their customer service was unhelpful, making it clear they had no intention of following through on their promises. I expected better from a business that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.I would not recommend this store to anyone. If you’re considering making a purchase here, be aware that their warranty might be just an empty promise. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Time to process a refund took far too long!!o long!

Time to refund took far too long.I will never purchase anything from this co.pahy again.It took close to three weeks from the day they received my returned for me to receive my refund.Apparently the person who was initially assigned my return 'went on holiday' and the refund process went into limbo.After several emails I finally received a very late refund.This was infuriating and I was even more exasperated with the "thanks for reaching out "responses I kept getting.I instead purchased a beautiful and more superior bracelet from Gingiberi in the UK

Do not buy from this company - Terrible customer service! We bought a bracelet as a gift which was not wanted and tried to return it according to their terms and conditions and they are refusing to give us a refund. The bracelet was a present for a 60th birthday and was never given to our friend as we felt it was unsuitable.. it was returned unworn and carefully wrapped and we were told that it had arrived in poor condition as it was tangled! It never actually left the house our end so this was obviously the condition it was sent to us! The fact that they are claiming that the bracelet was damaged in transit back to them by getting tangled on itself suggests such a poor quality product or that it arrived with us already damaged! Despite numerous correspondence with several different people they are still refusing to give us a refund! We have a credit but are loathe to buy anything else from them. There are lots of other companies with better quality products and better customer service .. AVOID
