Bought one of their larger and higher price point items, and the clasp chipped off and it was just outside their warranty period and they wouldn’t help fix it. The clasp integrity is a product quality issue, which I thought they would address. Pretty disappointing, especially when other similar price point brands offer fixes for damaged pieces (even if you caught it on something etc). Will be spending elsewhere in future.
Received a partial shipment after I asked them why my order what not moving after 10 days, they said they had a month delay on back order items. Received my shipment, the partial shipment invoice shows three rings being shipped but only one was in the box. Been trying to get a hold of their customer service, no phone to call, only emails and no response. $600.00 worth of rings, this is very concerning, more so that my emails are being ignored. In E-commerce trust is of outmost importance, Mejuri is clearly a brand that cannot be trusted and risky .
Got the expensive large diamond necklace as a gift and barely wore it. Clasp broke and though I reached out to get it fixed, Mejuri would not help to fix this small issue on an expensive piece. It was a gift and contacted giver for order number. Mejuri warranty team said it was 3 months out of the 2 year warranty but I explained I only got it in September 2022 and hardly worn. Will not recommend and try Gorjana which offers repairs.
