I love Mejuri and miss getting more stuff! This was a great gift to give and despite not having stock at the store near me, the shipping from Canada only took 3 business days (ordered Friday, arrived Tuesday)! Really impressive, Mejuri! I'll be back for myself next time!!!
I found the website for Mejuri when Covid had me working from home and also afraid to go anywhere. I have been shopping at their website ever since. I have always loved to buy myself jewlery since I started working over 30 years ago. Every pay day I would take my lunch break and hit the stores down town Seattle to purchase what I called a just because I work hard gift. No it was not always jewlery but what ever I found for myself made me feel good and helped me put up with all the stress that every job gives you one way or another. When Covid hit our office in 2019 I could no longet shop in town brcause all of my favorite shops where closed and I was no longer working in the offixe but at home. So went on line and found Mejuri and still use them after the office open back up. But thank god that I had them while workig at home the little boxes I would rceive made dealing with Covid a little easier.
My family purchased the Baguette Diamond Half Eternity Band for me for Christmas 2023. One baguette fell out of the band two months later, in February 2023. Under the warranty Mejuri did let me return it but of course it is a very hard/lengthy return process. Nonetheless I did receive I believe a "new" replacement. It is now July 2025 and about two months ago (out of warranty date), a baguette fell out a second time. I am a 60-year-old lady that works a desk job. This was not caught on anything, and no pressure was put on my jewelry questions they ask you during warranty process). This is a very beautiful ring, and I do love their products but it's too expensive ($700) to have pieces fall out and now the ring is unwearable/unsightly. I would understand if it were costume cheap jewelry.
One of the worst company to work with. Ordered a ring for nearly 950 euros, got stuck in customs and when asked to support clearance nothing was done! In the end asked for a refund and after more than a month and half and several reminders, I still haven’t received a refund! Avoid this company!
I ordered the rose strength gold pendant as a memorial for my late grandmother. This pendant isn’t sold in my local store so I was forced to order online. Before ordering the pendant, since this makes me nervous ordering jewelry online, I reached out to Mejuri’s customer service asking the weight of this specific pendant, to which they told me “4.33 grams". When I received my pendant, I measured it on two different scales and both came up with “2.5 grams”. Obviously irritated by being lied to about the weight of the gold, I reached back out to customer service and included photo documentation of my text conversation with their customer service AND the pendant on the scale showing “2.5” grams NOT even close to what they told me the weight would be. Customer service responded to my complaint at 12:15am my time and admitted they gave me the wrong information but offered no remedy for their error. They were basically telling me “oops, we provided the wrong information and deal with it" on an expensive piece of jewelry. This piece was not available in my local store - I was forced to order it online. This price is NOT an affordable piece of jewelry at that price per gram like this brand claims to sell. Very disappointed - buyer BEWARE!
I love shopping at Mejuri. Your designs are beautiful, modern, and accessible. I truly think you’re doing a fantastic job. That said, I’d love to see a wider range of premium materials, especially 18k gold. It would make Mejuri even more versatile for those of us looking to invest in fine, lasting jewelry. Honestly, paying for brands like Tiffany or Cartier often feels like you’re just paying for the name. Mejuri has the opportunity to bridge that gap, offering luxury without the markup. It’s time to expand the horizons!
Worst Customer experience I had so far. I ordered earrings which arrived broken. I reported it to the customer service team and they sent a replacement without my consent. The quality of the earrings is incredibly bad, and I didn‘t want another pair of these earrings as I thought they also might break soon. They sent me the wrong label for returns and I have a lot of time investment for just returning a parcel which btw . I didn’t even want!
