Shopping and communication - poor. Earrings - pretty.

I wanted to buy a pair of earrings for my Mum for Christmas. Unfortunately each Toronto store's physical inventory didn't match the inventory indicated online for that store. I did try calling each store before going, but unfortunately nobody answered my calls. Trying to purchase a physical pair of the earrings cost an afternoon of driving and parking around Toronto during the busy holiday season, with no pair to show for the effort. As a final resort, I bought the earrings online and they were delivered two months later. I was provided very little information/confirmation on the delivery date. Overall a disappointing shopping experience. The earrings themselves are pretty and my Mum is happy with them.

Great after sale service!

My necklace chain broke after 18 months, and when I brought it to the store, the sales associate immediately replaced it for me - no questions asked. This particular length of chain was not at the store, so she even shipped it to my house (expedited? I don't know, but it felt like it, it arrived within days) and no extra cost. I love their designs, and knowing that I can buy and wear delicate pieces without worrying about breaking them is a total plus. Thank you!!

Item broke less than a week after purchase. Mejuri would not replace it. For $300, I would expect better quality.Reply: I've already reached out to the company and you gave me an answer. No. Why should I reach out a second time? Because now I've made it public that I spent $300 on your product which barely lasted a week upon arrival to my doorstep?

Buyer beware - the warranty is in place to protect Mejuri not the customer

Bought the zadie bezel tennis necklace and it broke within the first 21 days. Dealing with the “customer experience team” has been an exercise in futility as it’s now been two days and there is still not a solution. Super frustrating experience and I’m shocked that Mejuri treats their customers so badly when their jewelry breaks even if it was only 21 days after purchase.
