Didn’t refund my money

Ordered some items and part paid with a gift card. Returned a couple of items but kept more than the value of the gift card. Gave me back the gift card instead of refund to my card to essentially trap me into purchasing from again. Strangely enough, it’s done the exact opposite and left me with a negative view of the brand which is a shame.

My bracelet broke multiple times

My bracelet broke multiple times, got it replaced at mejuri, too thin of a chain, and the last time it broke it fell off so it omits now lost. Poor quality product.
