Sarah at the Mejuri on 12th S in Nashville is the absolute best! She has been so helpful each time I’ve visited the store. She and I have developed quite a nice rapport. Recently, I spent a BUNCH (lol) to get my bridesmaids necklaces to ask them to be my bridesmaids. They were a hit! They all loved them and I do not regret any of my purchases even if it was much over my original budget. I love Mejuri jewelry and have been an avid and loyal customer for a few years now! I loved having the Mejuri shop open in Nashville. Again, a special shoutout to Sarah!
Have not heard back from customer service with any kind of actual support, the only messages received have said to wait to hear back and don’t reply or I’ll be bumped down the queue. I had originally submitted a quality issue as the engraving on the signet ring is not centred at all. It’s been over a month. Extremely disappointed.
I’m a big fan of Mejuri. Their product range is really good and there’s something for everyone. The prices are very reasonable, especially with their solid gold pieces. The delivery is really speedy too, even during their Black Friday sale. I also really enjoy the wish list function on the Mejuri+ account.
