Great products and excellent service

Everything I have purchased at Mejuri has been great. High quality, long lasting and beautiful. My experience in the retail stores in Boston (all three locations) has also been excellent.

New pieces added frequently. Ease of ordering and swift delivery times…all good. Stylish and good quality.I would however, like to see larger more bold jewelry. I see lots of delicate looking items.

Great products but even better customer support

Products overall are fab. Their standout though has been how they treat their customers. Their customer support team are SO helpful. They also send little gifts like a jewelry holder once after I did a big order to thank me, and a credit to my account a few months ago for being a valued customer.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Ordered to wrong address and was advised to reorder and original payment would be refunded which I did. Then 2 parcels came to the correct address and then I was out of £300 before Christmas
