Review Time
I placed an order and paid for express shipping, which promised delivery within 5-6 days. However, a week after placing the order, I received an email informing me that the dispatch date was pushed back by over a month even though the items I ordered were still being advertised as ready to ship. It took me another week to get a response to cancel my order and request a refund. Even after I bought this to their attention the items are still being advertised as ready to ship. Knowingly selling items with a time frame that cannot be met feels misleading and unethical.
I tried to make a purchase online. When I entered two different coupon codes they BOTH were accepted and reflected on the total cost. When I received the email verification of purchase one of the coupon codes was deleted. Upon contacting customer service I was told that the system accepts ONLY one code per purchase and there was nothing that could be done! The customer service person suggested that I make another purchase to use my second coupon code! Hence I am no longer a Mejuri customer.
Have not heard back from customer service with any kind of actual support, the only messages received have said to wait to hear back and don’t reply or I’ll be bumped down the queue. I had originally submitted a quality issue as the engraving on the signet ring is not centred at all. It’s been over a month. Extremely disappointed.
