Terrible customer service

I’ve bought so much moneys worth of products from you guys. Your customer service is TERRIBLE. I never leave bad reviews but you guys have still not responded to my emails about my broken product. I don’t understand how your company does not have a phone number, and still doesn’t properly answer emails. I feel upset that I’ve been such a loyal customer and still am treated so poorly.
