Great products, long term value

I’ve been using Melaleuca products for over 12 years. This week I needed to contact them about a damaged box, and they immediately took care of my issue and sent out a new box. Customer service is great.

Useless company.

Useless company.I had a question about the product so I contacted customer service. Unfortunately no one can give me simple information. My question keeps "traveling" between different teams. I'm still waiting for respond.

FALSE Advertising - BILLIONAIRE POSERS!

This company participates in FALSE ADVERTISING. I find it disgusting that they pose an an organization that supports "Buy Small" with their AmeriSwitch campaign, only to find out that this is a front and they are hiding their actual name. They are taking advantage of the current news and fact that people are mad at the Billionaire takeover. They are posting as a business who distributes product of small entrepreneurs of the USA misleading people to buy their products as they are the very Billionaires that they speak of! DISGUSTING marketing tactics!!! Do better people. Buy from actual small businesses in America. NOT POSERS!!!

I love these products!

I have loved this company, service and products, for 32 years! Yes, I have ordered every month for that long, and do it because I love, need, and use their products. I don't know why there are any bad reviews on customer service, it's absolutely amazing. Yes, their plan has a few sensible rules, but I have never received a shipment I didn't place, or had a problem with finances in my account, ever, in 32 years. There are a couple products I'm not crazy about, but there are 400 others to choose from!

Great customer service and you can cancel easily

I enrolled a customer in January of 2025, and they never received their order. I contacted customer service and explained that their $150 package never arrived, and I asked for help. The representative expedited an additional order to the customer for free with no questions asked! The whole process took less than 5 minutes to resolve! And in my experience, customers can cancel quite easily. My experience has been great and the customer service is outstanding!

They have a very dysfunctional membership program. Even when I placed an order, they would send a backup order. This happened several months in a row, so I canceled. I followed the instructions to cancel, but they still sent me a backup order and charged me when I wasn't expecting that money to be leaving my account as I had canceled two months ago. Now I have to wait for them to receive the email I sent in January AGAIN to prove it and wait for them to mail a check with my money. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BANKING ACCOUNT!!!

I have been shopping here for over 15…

I have been shopping here for over 15 years and would never shop anywhere else. Made and manufactured in the USA, American customer service, great products, no chemicals or safety caps needed. Prime beef with no antibiotics or hormones!Shocked to see any negative comments in regard to customer service not having a number - its 208-534-3000 :) Canceling a membership is easier and quicker than getting one - you can simply write a note, sign, date and email it.I guess some people will complain no matter what. It's sad because this a great USA company with awesome customer service
