Do NOT use this company! I ordered 1 hotel room for a concert in Philadelphia 5/25. Upon using this site to order, the email came back to me showing I ordered 2 rooms. I immediately contacted them by phone to let them know an error had occurred. They told me they would work on refunding my money for 2nd room. After almost a month and numerous phone calls they told me I would not be getting my money refunded. 3rd party companies like this defraud customers and take no accountability. I recently ran into same problem on hotels.com where they changed my dates after booking. But they refunded me immediately. This is unacceptable and USAA should do something about this. Im furious.
