It's a pathetic company with zero customer skills. I booked a two way flight with memberdeals. While I was returning, airline didn't allow me to fly as I had 2 european stops which requires a transit visa which I get it. I booked another return fligt for $1500 CAD. I reached my destination and called memberdeals, informed them the issue. They said they are giving me future credit which I can use it anytime and it doesn't have to be used within 1 year. I confirmed this twice once in February 2025 and once in September 2025. I made a plan to use the credit to use in March and they said it can't be used in March as it is limited to 1 year. I told them it's your team who confirmed that, they said they are going to listen to the recording and will follow up. I told them the exact date when I made calls. So far I have made around 20 calls and they are not accepting their fault. I feel helpless. Few names that I spoke to in this company are Younas, Saeed, Alshaswita, Irfan who I think is a supervisor. Please avoid this company at all cost, they have zero ethics and negative customer service skills. They always say that they will call back but never have I ever received a call back from this pathetic company.They confirmed on the call twice that I can use the future credit anytime and when I booked my vacation for March and called them to book the flight, they just said no on my face. I lost around $1200 worth of future credit because of their fault. I am going to file a case against them.Trip Ref #1021963876
This was a SCAM. I purchased 3 premium movie tickets and when I tried making my purchase only one was being paid for . So I didn’t use the voucher. I can’t believe that Bank Of America is involved in such SCAM. I want a Refund. UPDATE: I did email and you guys are not responding after I said I didn’t use the ticket. You want me to contact regal but I’m telling you I didn’t use it! You guys are scammers! Order Number: 97662355 I WANT A REFUND!
Member deals is a rip off and they promised us breakfast and pit is right by the railroad tracks and couldn’t sleep all night. They refused to give a discount or do anything to make it right. They also charged 30 more than booking on any of the other sites. If you’re not a deep sleeper don’t go to aspen hotel in flagstaff.
The deal on SeaWorld tickets was a good deal. However, at check out $37 in taxes and "fees" were added to my purchase. These "fees" didn't show up until AFTER I completed my credit card transaction! assuming a sales tax 6% would = $16.55 on my $274.75 purchase, where this extra $21.00 in "fees" come from???
I bought tickets to an MLB game and it was postponed due to rain and the tickets were NOT valid for the make up game. I called 5 separate times and was told by each agent the new tickets would come to my email, which they never did. I was reassured by the agents the original tickets I received would get me into the make up game so I went with my 3 young children and pretty much was laughed at after standing in line, going through security, and then trying to get into the game with tickets for the rained out game. I called for the 6th time and requested a refund and was told I would see it in 72 hours. 3.5 weeks later I got an email stating the tickets I originally purchased were a final sale and could not be modified. Worst customer service and to think I went through Id.me which I thought would be a trusted site! NEVER AGAIN!
