Do not ever use this company to book anything! They falsely advertise hotel rooms and will not refund you and blame the hotel. Paid for a room to sleep 8 people got to the hotel had a room made to sleep 4. I was told by a Members Deals rep that someone would be in touch within 1-3 hours. One week later after the vacation, I am told they can't do anything about it. Will be reporting them and do what I need to to get the refund for the amount difference.
Was given promo code for signing up for texts and it didn’t work at checkout. Now I’m getting tons of texts for nothing. Also trip package stated no hidden fees and all fees included but after purchase was set and read will have to pay extra $26 dollars a night for parking.
