Paid attention to the issue so they didn’t need me or question me about what the issue was in some or even most businesses you have to explain even the simplest things or problems to solvewhere it gets really frustrating as a customer to have to explain something that’s almost already self explanatory, we don’t always or even ever wanna go through so much trouble when doing either returns or warranty claims it’s frustrating enough that our product was damaged when we love it so much so then we have to wait to receive a new one if it has a warranty claim or any form of protection and when it does we are happy but having to go over and over to try to explain the same issue or problem or try to point it out to someone who we assume is a trained professional but later find out there not because of there lack of understanding education or training or even communicating can get very frustrating. But that was not an issue with this guy or this team. It’s really not to nock any one down and making them feel as if there not good enough but we do these surveys because we do care about your business we support you and as customers we would like to see you do even better so you can reach your greatest success goals or goals period as we reach our. It’s team work no one’s better than the other were all simply a team thanx for listening and understanding xoxo
I reported an issue with my trimmer which was still under warranty. Within 30 minutes a customer service rep had contacted me and arranged to send a replacement. Sterling service! This is how you do good customer service.
My wife and I have had our meridian groomer for a year now. It was amazing! We moved recently and misplaced the charger so we had to order a new one. (which was a breeze to do) After receiving the new one and charging it, our groomer was no longer working. A quick email to customer support with a video of the issue later, we were issued a new one. These people are AMAZING at customer service! Don't hold your breath people! BUY THEIR PRODUCTS! They actually CARE about their clientele!
I was looking forward to using my trimmer and, don’t get me wrong, it’s pretty awesome! But for me personally, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite work as well as I hoped it would. It barely removed hair. I didn’t have to worry about cuts which was a relief! But it didn’t trim as much as I hoped it would especially around the bikini line—it didn’t remove anything at all—so I was bummed. But! I know everyone’s experience is different. For me, I think sticking to a regular blade is the best option for hair removal.
