I cannot seem to post back the glasses

I cannot seem to post back the glasses. I have put sticky label provided on box but no courier recognises. It costs £16 to send back which is too expense, when it states the label is pre-enclosed.

Absolutelty fantastic

Absolutelty fantastic! Bought a pair of miu miu sunglasses, authentic and cheaper. Shipping was faster than I thought even though they came from Italy during the holidays and were expected after. No import duties also.

It's been 3 weeks in a row as "we are going to ship it next week". Asked for a refund because this is ridiculous. Will see what's going to happen but so far it looks like a scam and I'm not even sure all good reviews here are real, so be aware.

They messed up and don’t care

They shipped me the wrong pair of sunglasses and refuse to correct the situation by sending the proper order out. They have very questionable ‘internal policies’ and ultimately, they do not care about customer satisfaction. While customer service reps are polite, they will not correct a situation in which they messed up.

Wrong Sunglasses Sent

I ordered Prada PR A06S glasses on Black Friday and everything went well as I received the order within 5 days. I opened the box and all packaging was great but then the sunglasses were different to the ones I had ordered. The ones I got had thick white frames were not my style and completely different to the black framed style that I had ordered. A bit annoying of an experience as I have to likely return them and then buy the ones I like from a different vendor.

Prada Sunglasses for Christmas

Ordered a pair of sunglasses for my wife for Christmas. After a slight delay because of Black Friday etc glasses arrived in perfect condition in time for Christmas. Communication from customer service was great (Claudia ). Mind was put at rest that glasses would arrive in time for Christmas.
