Bad choice

To be fair, their options and promotions are the best in the market. But transparency and punctuality is terrible. I ordered a sunglasses which was and is in stock still, it took them 3,5 weeks to ship it. Until then no one answered my emails, the chat was always stuck with the AI agent. Then I reported them to PayPal, one day later I got a shipment notification... Communicate with your customers can't be that hard, plus they can offer some discounts for this type of delays. I won't be recommending them or buy anything from them personally.

Order not sent

Made an order on 21 January with an estimate delivery of 29 January - 03 February. The order has not yet been shipped so will not be arriving by the 3rd. I received a notification email on 29 January that the order is late - likely a auto email triggers by not been sent by estimated delivery window starting. I have read some of these reviews where people have paid and have waited months for a refund due to order never actually been sent. If order cannot be fulfilled then I expect a prompt refund. I expect an update by 10am on Monday 02 February. I have already emailed and therefore you have my order number and email address so please do not ask me to contact you again.

It was the best online eyewear store…

It was the best online eyewear store I’ve ever used. I was having a really hard time finding Zeiss lenses here in the United States, and I found an amazing price. The production time was exactly what you’d expect for prescription lenses, and the delivery was super fast as soon as they were ready. The customer service was excellent. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews, because my experience was amazing and I definitely want to buy from them again. Thank you so much to the whole team, you were wonderful.

Low quality service for luxury prices

I bought a pair of Saint Laurent sunglasses. For such an expensive luxury purchase the cleansing cloth should be included, however it was not. I wrote their customer service and got a bland response «cloth should definitely be included, its unfortunate it was not. Anyways, enjoy your sunglasses.» Lousy customer service. I’ve seen other reviews with similar experience. Sunglasses were fine but it’s a principle that when you sell expensive items make sure they are complete. Will not buy from them again as there are more than enough of other online retailers I can get my sunglasses from. Purchase elsewhere if you expect your purchase and customer service to match the price.
