Even though I had to wait a few weeks for my purchase due to process issues, Claudia was fantastic! Every email I sent she promptly replied to me with an update. When it came time for my sunglasses to be sent, she made sure it was sent express with DHL which I really appreciated. As for the sunglasses, do not even doubt they will be fake. I had a pair of Prada's which was previously purchased from Sunglass Hut that was accidentally broken. I kept the broken pair to compare with the ones I brought from Mia Burton and they are identical. Trust me, it's like I have OCD. Thank you again Claudia and MB, will be recommending to everyone!
I had an absolutely horrific experience with Mia Burton. I ordered a pair of sunglasses, and for over 10 days, my money was taken while the order status sat as "CANCELLED" in their system.When I reached out, a customer service representative named Claudie was beyond unprofessional. Dealing with her was like talking to a broken robot, she kept regurgitating the same "being processed" script for over a week, unable to provide a single piece of useful information or a tracking number. It's insulting to be told "don't worry" while your money is being held hostage for an order that isn't even moving. IT FEELS MORE LIKE A SCAM WEBSITE DESIGNED TO HARVEST CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND HOLD CUSTOMER FUNDS.They finally cancelled the order because they clearly never had the stock or the intention to ship it in the first place. Save yourself the headache and the stress, buy from a reputable retailer instead. This place is a disgrace.
I purchased Dolce & Gabbana eyeglasses and received them without an authenticity certificate or the brand’s cleaning cloth. I have contacted customer service twice since December 26 and have received no response. For a luxury purchase, the lack of documentation and communication is disappointing and raises concerns about trust and service.
