My website was down for about 2 weeks now, I have contacted you support team multiple times, regarding my issue, first time they asked us if ivibi.com its also us we replied with NO we do not know who that is and your representative was not helpful, second time they told me to wait on your e-mail which i did, then they told me my host was moved considering i did not make or authorized any changes on my account, I have recieved you e-mail and replied to it, I waited and waited my website is still down , to day agin I entered the live chat and your live chat was disconnected, do you understand the sensitivity of the situation you are in ? and the problem that you guys brought to my business for lack of security and communication? this is a complete disaster and the biggest disaster is that you guys are doing absolutely nothing. if my issue it is not fixed today and I get any returns for the lack of communication, your security issue and the damages that accrued to my business I will file a legal complaint about this issue to every single source weather is legal, online compliances, review sites and any other legal department that focuses on online businesses and consumer affair.
This company its creating a chaos in all the customers. A lot of issues with email, websites and no one answer on tech support. They use to be a great company but this last week they are killing all of us as small business. Now im facing the rage of my customers and some of them are planning to sue me for interrupt the service they already pay me ( and I already pay in advance to Midphase ) What a sad situation for me....
We've been a Shared Hosting customer for over 10 years. We aren't running email, literally just a website. We are now in DAY 5 of an outage. It took more than TWO DAYS to even get a reply to the ticket I submitted. When they did reply they said "Rest assured, our team is diligently working to ensure a smooth transition of your data." They then closed the ticket, and now on DAY FIVE I had to resubmit the ticket because they've turned off live chat. I'm kicking myself for not quitting Midphase after we had a week long outage in October of 2022. UPDATE: The reply below asked me to "Please reach out to us directly..." Sounds helpful, but I reached out right away, and two and a half days later I still have heard nothing! My tickets also have received no reply whatsoever. Oh, and the Live Chat is saying "We apologize for the inconvenience, but our chat support is currently offline." Our site has now been down for 8.5 days and crickets.I think I've been a client for 18 years now. This is beyond bad service.
They did a server Migration that has blown up. It has been almost 2 weeks since they start this and I see no end in sight. The mail number of (801) 666-3139 rings once then disconnects. I have been using (801) 666-3138 the parent company and even that doesn't work anymore. I do not have ANY emails that work at present and cannot get on the server to even move my accounts elsewhere.
I've been with these guys for almost 20 years. The last 4 days I can't login to my email or get any help from Tech support. I was on hold for 3.5 HOURS. Technical support sucks big-time. There's no number, you can't get any help. They really are the worst. I've written 7 emails now for help and nobody can do anything.
Recent email migration to stackmail has gone completely wrong. Midphase's FAQ and knowledgebase haven't been updated to refrect the new imap and smtp server settings. There is no way of phoning tech support. You can't raise a service ticket if your emails aren't working, because they send a 2FA pin to your mailbox. Can't log in to their control panel. Cant do anything. Complete catastrophe for all of my business email accounts.Monumental FAIL. Keep away.
I really appreciated Owen R's. support. I had been waiting on an open ticket support for over 24 hours with no response from Midphase. When reaching back out to chat support for a status on the open ticket, Owen resolved the Server 500 error that had me at a stand still.
Early this year (2024) Midphase unsuccessfully migrated my website to a new server. After about a month of nearly zero response, I brought in outside help who fixed my site in one hour. More recently they migrated my email server and guess what, same unresponsive customer service. I previously was able to send to 500 recipients in one email but can't with their new server. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'd give zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY
