Very professional, I had an issue sending emails and accessing the back end of my website. I was up and running in a short time. I always contact the support chat and have never had an issue getting my website back up to speed. 10/10 recommend.
I cant remember who Midphase bought. I was a customer way back then. Ive had great customer service until they no longer offered call-in phone support. Its impossible to run a business without adequate customer service! Sure, I’d chat if i could GET INTO my C-Panel! My email has been down for 2 months now. Perhaps its time to just say goodbye.
Midphase and more importantly Anas Chowdhury are in a word brilliant. If you're looking for knowledgeable, kind and timely service then you're safe with Midphase. Anas listened to my hosting concerns and came up with the perfect plan for me...Thanks Anas! Again, one word...brilliant.
They are almost out of business. There is no one even available if you wanted to sign up for service with them. Avoid this company if at all possible. Your emails will all just stop working, like mine did. My experience with them has been a disaster. Customer service is non-existent. It took six full days of my company not receiving any emails and not being able to send any emails, and my own IT team working and billing me non-stop to get Midphase to finally respond. Really bad company. Their solution is to submit a ticket online and they will email to you a 2FA number so you may submit said ticket. Great...if the emails they hosted worked.
