Used to be good

I have been a client for more than 10 years now.The product is not bad, the problem is the service and support.1. +1 801 666 3139 is useless.2. Support is broken, they don't have a real SLA.3. There is no human people that can help.If you use Midphase for non critical web sites it is OK.Buy if you are running critical services it is not.As soon as I can login into my account I'll move Out.Best Regards.
