Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. I have had to contact tech support a number of times for routine help, and I am always so happy with the service I receive. The techs are always very helpful, understanding, well informed, and resolve the issue or else explain options or why something can't be done.

This company has been gutted from what it once was by the new owners, THG. They are absolute crap. Email service goes down all the time, and the two-factor authentication they insist on (a good thing) puts you into an endless loop if your email service hosted by then happens to be down.

No Midphase Support

Unable to log in. The CHI.MIDPHASE.COM log-in panel does not recognize my username or password. Attempts to reach a representative all failed, as no humans answer the phone. Chat does not work. No response to emails. Not sure that the outfit is still in business.
