Not good for your mental health as they sneakily set up a subscription and charge you without you knowing. I cancelled the subscription after the 1 week free trial and they still took money leaving me financially struggling. They claim to help people mentally but this stress has made my mental health worse. Avoid at all costs!
‼️Definitely a SCAM company. They are STEALING payments off people without them subscribing and not refunding them ON PURPOSE. They know they can get away with it (for now!!!) I hope this review saves some people from being caught out and I am sorry for the people who it is too late and have already been scammed and had their money STOLEN. Look at the positive reviews… they are all fake!!! You can tell they are not genuine reviews from genuine people… All one sentence, very well written and specific to one subject, which promotes the Mindway. Pay attention to all the negative ones with the same experiences over and over again!Mindway, you are disgusting! Get an honest real life and STOP stealing off people!!! You will be caught sooner or later and I hope you lose every penny of your dishonest money which won’t even cover the amount you have stolen off people.You will reply to this with your insincere apologies and lies and say the same as you do to everyone. I emailed you 3 times and all you said was “payments are non-refundable” unless I have proof which you know is impossible because you made impossible and I DID NOT consent to any subscription or you taking money out of my account. You have stolen £127.92 in total out of my bank account and I’m sure you’re very proud of yourselves and have no conscience. I had to speak to my bank because you’ve make it so that I can’t make sure it’s cancelled myself as it doesn’t show in the direct debit list and reading the reviews, you still take payments out even after you told people you cancelled the subscription. You take advantage of people struggling with mental health and steal off them, you are disgraceful and disgusting!
It is shameful for this company to auto renew subscription without explicit consent from customers. You cannot even cancel your subscription from the mindway app itself and would have to email them to cancel it for you. I only opted for the 1 month plan and they automatically renewed the subscription the next month and doubled the subscription price. Be warned, if you are subscribing directly rather than through the App Store or Google Play.
I dont even know when the app got subscribed an they charged me a huge subscription fee. I have never installed the app. When i messaged the contact support they told me they sent me an email 7 days prior to the subscription which was never found in my email. Plus they told me they have a no refund policy. I dont get the policy when i am telling them on the first day of subscription that i dont want the app.
If I could have given a minus I would. I did not sign up to this app and they took monies from my bank account.Please be aware if you sign up to Walking Yoga, you are automatically signed to Mindway, and cancelling one does not cancel both. The Help desk are next to useless and provide no help. After weeks of liaisons with this company I do now need help with my mental health.
I am not even sure how I got a subscription to this app. Received an email saying it was going to renew on 8/20. The email came under my junk mail so I wasn’t sure if it was legitimate. It had the order number and membership number which looked legitimate. I emailed customer service to cancel my membership. I received an email within 10minutes saying it was cancelled and that I still had access until the 20th. I went to look at the app. Couldn’t find it active, didn’t say download as if I deleted the app. The button said “get” So I never even downloaded. Still don’t understand how/what happened, but am hoping that it really is cancelled and that I don’t get charged in the 20th. Keeping the emails as proof
Honestly…that app claims a lot of stuff how it helps people and all. It provides some guidance to a degree. But overall all of that you can find anywhere else on the internet for free. You cannot unsubscribe in the app. You have to search for on their websites how to do it and you have to write an email. Secondly, once you request a refund for a service you are not using, they will tell you that they don’t provide refunds. This is honestly a disgrace for a company which is trying to make a name for itself! Be careful! I do NOT recommend this app.
Misleading - Unfair Trade Practice Stop explaining it is your policy etc.Just answer one question, what was your INTENTION to set auto renewal without clearly listing it in the order email or in the app?If it will be automatically renewed, why DO YOU CALL IT A ONE MONTH PLAN? You hide information from us, we could have had the right to decide whether to continue it or not！You know what, in Hong Kong, you would have been sued as violating the Trade Descriptions Ordinance already.SHAME ON YOU, THIS APP AIMS TO HELP PEOPLE BUT YOU STEAL MONEY FROM THOSE WHO TRUST THAT YOU CAN HELP THEM.
