Avoid. Expensive, basic and not easy to cancel.

Very basic strategies. Very expensive monthly renewal which is not easy to cancel. If you don't cancel far enough in advance they will charge you another month and refuse to refund you as they have a ‘no refunds’ policy. Avoid!

SCAM

SCAM - as others have said, it´s difficult to see the information, that you will be charged automatically, I hope that I have ended my subscription now. Reading other comments, I´m not sure anymore

Inconsiderate, Greedy & Scammy

I had taken their free trial as was going through a tough time in my life and really thought this app could help with that. Even though many people claiming that it helped them, unfortunately I wasn't able to experience that at all and didn't feel it's worth the investment, especially due to the financial troubles I've been going through.I had forgotten about the app and then one fine day, out of the blue they charge me $70 for a 3 months plan, WITHOUT ANY WARNING OR REMINDERS. I was shocked as I've been trying to make ends meet for quite sometime now and it's been a major cause of wanting to get my stress under control, and they didn't help with it, instead added onto it. I tried to reach out to their customer support and made them understand my critical situation of financial troubles, medical concerns to take care of, but they just responding with their robotic, inhuman, apathetic responses. The app which I thought would be the support I needed, turned out to be the one that pushed me further into stress and anxiety. I'm not blaming them for my stress per se, but for them to clearly know that their app has been of no use to me, knowing what my current life crisis, still charging me without warning/reminder, and telling me we won't refund you your money cause we can't, is nothing short of extremely poor understanding of customer's situation, immense greedy behavior, which is something no one would want to return to.They kinda scammed me through my hard earned money, which I CAN'T AFFORD to spend, and then say that their app helps with stress. What an absolute joke.I hope more people don't fall for their trap as they don't really care about you getting a better hold of your stress, but just want your money.

Scam alert !

As is the case for many people on here I signed up for the £5.49 1 week trial but you guessed it, this turned in to a full subscription without my knowledge or permission. It is the first time I’ve ever been scammed on line in my life as I’m very very careful before I purchase anything & this clearly stated a TRIAL for £5.49, no where was it clearly stated this would turn in to a full subscription! There’s obviously no email warning of auto renewal either ( how would they make their money ). Apparently buried deep in the terms & conditions it mentions auto renewal but I certainly did not see anything pointing me to that when I signed up for a TRIAL ! A disgraceful outfit preying on the very vulnerable people they claim they can help ( I won’t bother mentioning the utter rubbish that is actually contained in the app, just read some of the other reviews for that ) . Think about it, if the app was any good why would they have to resort to such underhand tactics to extract money from their unsuspecting victims? Finally Mindway, having turned down my request for a refund ( like you have with everyone else ) if you really, really want to help people’s mental health & well being as you claim, why not refund us? I await your AI generated response referring me to the buried T & C’s.

FRAUD … stay away!!!

The app doesn't mention that after the trial subscription you get €49.97 deducted from the ApplePay method every 3 months, there is no display in the Apple subscription overview, no email with the information, no display of a subscription in the app, no display of a subscription in the account, no link to cancel a subscription... This is a rip-off/fraud... I'm surprised that Apple tolerates this!!!

Don’t use the APP

Don’t use the APP, difficult to cancel payments and on a reoccurring payment. Dispite cancelling my subscription they continue to take £31.98 out of my account, even thought they advise the account has been closed. I am going to contact Matt Allright team to make sure other consumers are aware.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. From answering questions at the start having you believe they want to do a profile on you to finding £32 taken from my account unknowingly.Customer service horrific and no compassion whatsoever. I won’t use the app as it takes too much time to complete.

Beware!!!

Beware!!!! After the trial the subscription does not appear on Apple Pay or in the app.....the only way to tell that that you are being charged is when the money leaves your account.....no email's....nothing. You cannot cancel in the app. This is deliberately setup to trick people into being charged £41!!I emailed Mindway and had to chase for a reply twice! I explained I hadn't been using the app and they offered nothing, no refund, no explanation of why the subscription cant appear on apple pay like other apps. Very frustrating :(

Caught by repeat billing trap

Caught by the repeat billing. I took out a one month one off plan and got billed again three months later. I contacted them and they said it was their terms and conditions. Disgusted.
