BEWARE! ND MINDWAY is a scam company! I was charged $219.99 for a ? subscription and I had NEVER heard of this company or had any encounter with them. I have reported FRAUD to my CC company and it is being researched as I type. I do not game, I do not use wallet, and I am proactive about my accounts. UPDATE 10-22-25: Mindway replied to my review and advised me to contact their customer service...I would be happy to do so IF I Knew who to contact....I have no email or phone numbers and could not locate on a website.
I received a msg from my bank todayOct 17 25 regarding a transaction for £176.99 from WY-Mindway.this company is ripping people off big Time, they lure people into a subscription for their product which is renewable.I remember contacting them in May to cancel the subscription, however, here they are again trying to extort that subscription, I urge people to not go near this company, who by the way trade under 3 different names, so be very careful folks. I had to have a subscription block put on my card regarding this company,please stay well clear of this company if there was an option for zero stars I would use that.Please be aware if emailing this company that they respond with a very generic response I must say they are the worst ever company & continue trading with three different names.
If I could give it one star I would. Total scam. Never actually signed up to any subscription but yet they’ve been taking £32 from my account ever since and it’s been going on for about 6 months. There’s no clear way of stopping the subscription. The only thing they do is send me notifications. Really bad app, making money from people’s anxiety and then doing nothing about it! Not a fan…
I have like many cancelled a subscription to walking yoga, before the free trial ended, with email confirmation, for them to now take £176 from my account that I cannot afford!! Absolute disgrace of a company that I now have to try and fight to get a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! will be reporting to trading standards also!
I signed up for walking yoga app in April 2025 for 1 month but soon found it wasn’t for me so cancelled. Today I had £176 pounds taken from my account for the Mindway App which I have never used or opened. When I questioned this there response was that when signing up for walking yoga app I agreed to 6 month free Mindway app trial which then after 6 month they will then take out a years subscription £176 I definitely did not sign up for that so please be careful I know I am not the only one that has been scammed.
I was shocked to find a huge £176 taken from my account after I had cancelled my subscription for a yoga app. The Mindway app was included but not advertised as something extra, which is manipulative. Now the money has gone out and customer service have been unhelpful. I am pursuing this complaint to get money back as it has caused significant stress when I did not agree to it. If there was zero stars then I would have given this.
Absolutely shocking. They have taken my subscription without sending any form of renewal emails. When asked apparently o should have known when I downloaded the app 6 months ago. I had thought it was a legal requirement to let people know of renewals? I downloaded this at a time when I was not myself suffering from anxiety and real mental health issues and was not aware of the costs. Now they’ve taken my money I do not have enough to buy food for my family. I don’t know what to do now. What is meant to be a health app is anything but and has now left me in a worse state……. Maybe they’ll respond to my emails now
Never used the app - subscription renewed with no reminder - I had signed up for walking app cancelled the subscription but had no idea Mindway was also connected. So expensive and no notification or reminder before payment was taken. BEWARE of this app and company. They replied to this post and asked me to reach out - but no point as the same silly answers back that they don't notify and renewal, just trying to amke themselves look good- BEWARE and stay away from this company
Exactly the same problem as previous posters, absolute scammers , all their replies are generic with no intentions of doing anything for us to resolve their shambolic policies. Surely there must be someone / body they can be reported to. ?
