I would give zero if I could. I tried the app on the basis I could cancel. It was not for me and I wrote to help services to cancel. They took 2 months then stopped after further emails. At six months they have taken another £170 !! This I apparently signed up to at the start, but I don’t understand why it wasn’t cancelled too. I had no reminder email which the company claim to have sent. I cannot cancel with my bank as it’s a recurring card payment. As an edit, I have already contacted the help email multiple times, the same non response comes back each time. Avoid this scam
I signed up for a free trial for Walking Yoga but cancelled before the end of the free trial. I received a confirmation email that it was cancelled and was told I wouldn't be charged again. Today I have been charged £176 from Mindway. At first I wasn't sure what it was in relation too and then I realised that Walking Yoga fall under the same branch. I have sent proof of cancellation, so I am now waiting to hear if my money will be refunded.
If l could give negative star l would. Do not use the app! I loaded the app and it chose to charge my account before l could even use the app. Sent a cancellation email immediately to the company the same day and now they have charged £177 to my card absolutely fraudulent
I subscribed for a trial period with the Mindway App, owned by Medical Score based in the USA. I subscribed to one of their products, Walking Yoga, which came with a trial week. At the end of that week, without any reminders or warnings, I was billed the full years subscription of $353.99. I wrote to their support team who responded very quickly, but were not helpful in providing me with a refund, even though I don't want the subscription. I am therefore left with a year subscription which cost a lot of money that I can't get back! For such a large subscription, this is really disappointing and I will never purchase anything from them again!
Mind way took money from me for a whole year without me knowing.I didn't know I even had a subscription with them. I paid £281 and they refused to refund me. Apparently it was my fault. This company are preying on vulnerable people. It is not clear you are signing up for something. I can only vaguely remember looking for something to help me with my mental health. I do not remember signing up for this at all! I only noticed this because I had to look at my finances as I had to give up my job after my daughter being diagnosed with Huntington's Disease. If I hadn't, they would still be taking my money. Not one email from them!!! Even after explaining all this, and the fact they can see I have never used their App. (Because I didn't even know I had it!) They refused to refund me. This has caused me alot of upset. I wouldn't have even left 1 star if a 0 was available. These people are heartless thieves.... DO NOT USE!!!!!Would like to add...... After reading their reply below..... I emailed them and basically in a very caring, and patronising way. Got pretty much told to **** off again. ALL for show. This company does not care. Not about your mental health. Or your well being at all. They just want your money and they will trick you into getting it. 😡
They steal your money! I did not sign up for this app or whatever it is, I signed up for Carnivore and yet it automatically signed me up for this thing. I canceled with carnivore and yet I was charged for $219.99. This is a scam and fraudulent! I am now in the process of trying to get my money back.

First of all I didn't have to use it an entire 20 minutes to realize I would have loved this practically 1980's version of the Tripp app IF and only if I'd never used Tripp. So I tried to get a refund and they wouldn't let me. So... my recommendation is you read this review then try Tripp before you spend any money at all on mindway. I am sooooo NOT a fan. I thought, cool, like Tripp, an addition, it'll be an addition to tripp. And yet, no. It was more like a subtraction.
They sign you up to a subscription then do not allow you to cancel it. They then deny knowing of the request to cancel and have charged me an additional £40 the following year. If you didn't struggle with anxiety before, you will do after trialling this app.
