Don’t trust Mindway. They’re not here to help you. They’re more interested in taking your money. Mindway did not deliver the item I bought and their app did not work. They refused to give me a refund stating it’s company policy. Now they ignored my emails. It’s a scam.

… Misleading subscription and poor transparency

This app targets people who are trying to improve their mental health, which makes its subscription model especially frustrating. I was charged €24 for a 3-month period without any clear indication that it was a recurring subscription.There was no email notification before the renewal, and because I didn’t use Apple Pay or Google Play, I had to cancel the subscription manually – something the app never informed me about.For a mental health app, these non-transparent billing practices feel manipulative and disappointing. Users deserve honesty and clarity, especially in such a sensitive area.

They responded with basically the same initial response. It’s written somewhere in the agreement that it auto renews. Even though when initially purchased it clearly says for 1 month. VERY deceiving and sneaky.

I bought a 1 month personalized plan

I bought a 1 month personalized plan. I didn't I get that, but at least I could log in to the Mindway app and at least see some general advice. Now, about 14 days after the purchase, the app wouldn't let me in. The app wants me to pay for a 1 month or a 6 month plan. No way. No personalized plan, no app access unless I pay again. Probably a scam.

moneygrabber and subscription trap!you can only cancel via email. 48h before renewal.they also try to sell you many additional info material after subscribing.the app does not give you anything except a sense that you would have to invest much effort.

This is a scam - AVOID!

This is a scam. I have signed up for a month and paid £15 but did not use the app so I wrote off the money. Checked in the account or on my phone to see if there is a subscription and there wasn’t!!! Now they’ve charged me £32 for another month and don’t want to refund me even though I am not using the app and the billing cycle starts on the 4th of each month. This is ridiculous!!

This is quite a scam

This is quite a scam. My wife signed up for a $20 for 1 month, only to be banged a further $30+ without having agreed to it, further compounded by an auto renew without any email warning etc. Awful experience.
