I have used this company for a long…

I have used this company for a long time and no issues, however i ordered on the 4th May with it being Covid i expected delays. However i was given a tracking number it states label created 5th May not yet in system. I have sent numerous emails just to see what the delay will be but not one response considering its near 2 months since i ordered i would have expected at least a mail to say we are working on it or offering a refund. I won't be ordering from this site again.

Do not order from this company

I ordered at the end of March and nothing has arrived. I have written three emails, none of which have been answered. I will be taking this up with PayPal and my bank. It is unacceptable. Do not order from this company!

either a scam or terribly handled crisis

ordered the end of march, no response on several emails, no package arrived, its in transit in Miama according to the track and trace but there is no response from the company.
