Larisa (Early Adoption Specialist), our main contact for the Mintsoft adoption, has supported us greatly in the pre-go-live phase and white-labelling of the Client Interface of Mintsoft. She is very responsive, asks the right questions and gives clear instructions when required. She was a great help in getting Mintsoft up and running!
throughout the process Mintsoft is very user friendly, making it possible for us to understand easily its functions and system. Althoughhe layout options were restrictive, we could adapt trying multiple options with Larisa's assistance.

A trusted supplier that we have worked with for nine years. Support got a bit lost over the last few years but dealing with Lauren Robson and the new team things have turned around and some new and exiting things are coming through. Just had a great customer experience day that answered lots of questions we have posed over the past 6 months.
It was a really productive day, meeting the team members, and particularly our Customer Success Manager Lauren in person. Lauren went out of her way to talk to us about our experience with the system and discussed our thoughts on the road map plans ahead.Also a very useful opportunity to talk to other Mintsoft users, and get an insight into how they are using the system and share experiences to help each other.We look forward to the next customer day in the future (the food is also top notch!)
Very useful day. Seeing what Mintsoft had developed, and was in the process of developing gave me assurance for the future. Good to catch up with Lauren Robson and to meet Kieran. It saved multiple hours on video calls and helped build the relationship.
Since Mark has returned to head of product management, the difference has been night and day. Mark has transformed what was becoming a frustrating and painful experience into something nothing short of fantastic.I have had so many issues and feature requests over the years that have fallen on deaf ears. Mark has managed to turn all of that around and implement some features that (for us) were in dire need. I don't think some people understand in detail, but we heavily rely on Mintsoft and having a strong working partnership with the Access Group plays a key role. It's a massive weight off my shoulders knowing that Mark is there to look after us and to help us in any way that he can. Thanks so much for turning my experience around. Very, very happy.
