Ross was so accomodating to our business - Romio Distribution. Despite the time difference being in NZ he made life so much easier while learning the ropes and integrating this software into our 3PL. I am confident after working closely with Ross throughout the onboarding period that this software will be of so much value and I really enjoyed the process! He made it super clear to understand, he was an open book to any kind of questions and so supportive along the whole way! We couldn’t have done it without him! He made it so enjoyable and quick to pick up. He really is so knowledgeable around this platform and made my life easier because of it!

From my experience over the last few months , mintsoft have come into our warehouse and made a massive difference with regards to helping us with training early on before the go live date, That's a big shout out to Will Hammond and his team , the level of training was good and his patience was very good, Will also made a massive difference on the go live day , very helpful , made time for anyone that had any queries , also in depth with his answers to anyone's questions
Software is intuitive to use, the AI assistant and online tools for training are excellent, this resource is complimented by the support team at Mintsoft who have been very helpful through from point of sale to implementation and integrations.
