A Costly Mistake—Why I Regret Signing with MintsoftIf you’re considering Mintsoft to run your warehouse management operations, learn from my expensive error and steer clear.Sales Promises vs. RealityFrom the very first sales call I spelled out our specific WMS requirements. The representative assured me—without hesitation—that Mintsoft could handle everything we needed. Because they refuse to offer even a short free trial, we had to gamble on a 12-month contract. The gamble didn’t pay off.User-Hostile InterfaceOnce we finally logged in, it became obvious the platform is stuck in the past:Endless CSV uploads just to accomplish basic tasks that competitors automate.Cluttered screens and confusing navigation; expect a steep learning curve for even simple actions.Frequent glitches that force constant page refreshes and manual re-entry of data.Poor integrations with major platforms like shopify. Wasted Setup TimeWe spent weeks hacking together work-arounds, hoping to get at least one outbound order flowing through the system. No luck. The software’s limitations kept blocking us at every turn, yet support only offered generic “have you tried re-uploading the file?” responses.Customer Service—or Lack ThereofWhen we asked to exit the contract (remember, we’d never shipped a single order), Mintsoft flatly refused. No partial refund, no early-exit clause, just boilerplate emails citing “policy.” For a company that touts “partnership,” the experience felt anything but.Bottom LineMintsoft cost us time, money, and a mountain of frustration. In my opinion:Product Quality: 0/10—obsolete workflows, unreliable performance, outdated operating systemsSupport: 0/10— slow, unhelpful and rudeBusiness Ethics: 0/10—sales promises evaporate once the ink is dry.Avoid Mintsoft at all costs—there are far better WMS solutions that respect both your business and your budget.

He is an absolute professional and knows his stuff - we were complete novices and he has enabled us to develop our business within the 3PL sector almost overnight with his support and training. Mintsoft has been an invaluable addition to our warehouse storage management.At first the set-up process seems overwhelming however the onboarding team are all extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.They do not expect you to fit their system; they advise what elements to use suit your business.We feel much more in control of the stock we hold and our clients love the ordering process.
We’ve been using mintsoft for the past year and as a 3PL, it’s been a fantastic tool for ourselves and our customers. We’ve been able to dispatch faster and our customers have had the data they require and the tools they need to access what they want when they want. As with any IT system, it isn’t perfect, but the team are continuing to improve and evolve as additional requirements are needed. I would highly recommend this to any 3PL who is reviewing their IT system.
Cancelled our contract to end January 2025, have continued to take DD payments and everytime I call billing they can see it but have to wait for our account manager feedback, this has been going on since February. £1624 out of pocket so far, still no contact from them. Cant believe its come to me leaving a poor review and cancelling the DD to hopefully get a response. Very saddened as we was with Mintsoft for 4 years and was generally quite happy only changing due to functions that we required being unavailable. I hope this review gets me a response and refund.
Working with Ross.Where do I start, working with Ross has been nothing but a pleasure and a breeze. Overall, the experience we have had with Mintsoft has been touch and go, simply due to the lack of support after onboarding.. but that is where Ross has filled those gaps.Ross is always happy to help, friendly, solution based but above all makes it so simple to understand and therefor train other staff members.Would highly recommend Ross on every level, great great guy and great employee for The Access Group.
