I’ve been really impressed with Mintsoft, particularly the level of personable customer support and interaction. Will and Kate have both gone above and beyond to make sure any queries are dealt with quickly and clearly, and it never feels like a “one-size-fits-all” response. Their friendly approach and willingness to take the time to explain things properly makes a huge difference. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely cares about customer experience – thanks again to Will and also Kate for their excellent support!
Fantastic Software ran by fantastic people. The system is simple to use, effortlessly powerful and does everything you need and more. The team who runs the software are incredibly fast to respond to queries, and Will especially is always extremely efficient and generous when sharing his knowledge.
After 6 months of demoing many 3PL WMS systems, we chose, after much deliberation, MintSoft.We are not disappointed - it took us some time to get going, though this was not the fault of MintSoft, this was due to our own busyness and trying to migrate many clients from our legacy platform to MintSoft - at every step of the way, the OnBoarding team have been exceptional, whether that be over the phone, email or chat - plus the AI chat bot is also super helpful.
Mintsoft has been a game-changer for handling our high volume of orders. The platform stays reliable even when things get busy, the mobile scanning feature makes processing quick and accurate, and their support team is always ready to help. It’s made running our operations much smoother.

It might help you to make a decision that is financially viable for your business. After being with another provider for over 10 years, I began looking for alternatives due to rising costs. I came across Mintsoft (part of The Access Group) and, influenced by the positive reviews, decided to sign up. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations.It took several weeks of follow-ups before I received a response from the team. While the demo presented well, this didn’t reflect the actual usability of the system. On a positive note, the onboarding team — especially Ross — were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and did their best to support me.However, once issues arose, it became clear that the platform was not well-suited for businesses handling higher volumes (50–60+ orders daily). Key features such as invoice customisation and search functionality were too limited for my operational needs, I hoped they could add options to their own software but they didn't present this type of fix.After only managing to process one order, I decided the software wouldn’t be viable for my business. I had already paid for two months, and despite communicating my concerns early, I was informed I would still be liable for the full annual fee. While there was some understanding from the team, there was no flexibility or goodwill shown — something that can be quite damaging for small businesses.Ultimately, I took a chance, and it didn’t work out. If this helps others make a more informed decision, then at least something good can come from it.
We are just enrolling in the new software, and have just completed our onboarding calls with Ross. Ross was very friendly and helpful, as I have already watched all of the training module videos the calls went super quick which left more time for me to get any questions answered which I found really helpful and useful as we could then test our some theories of how the system would work for us with Ross overlooking.
Access Mintsoft have an exceptionally intuitive platform with an easy to follow on boarding process to enable you to start picking, shipping and packing within a short space of time. The videos are highly engaging and cover a lot of what you need to do. There use of integrations between couriers and invoicing companies is amazing. There is not a warehouse managing system like it. To make the on boarding process even better there is a dedicated on boarding Team that tailor Mintsoft to suite your Business in a way that makes it work to your own processes. I would like to thank Will Hammond of the on boarding team/senior support as he is incredibly knowledgeable on the product. When he explains a business process he also adds additional hints and tips to make the Mintsoft experience more personal. Highly recommended.
