AI support sometimes takes more time than solving an issue with a human agent. Regarding MintSoft, I can see that there can be so many customise tools to improve our end-user usage, but since there is no direct support from MintSoft, again It takes more time to improve it for our operation process at our side.
I recently met with Will Hammond from Access Group alongside a major European carrier to discuss an integration requirement for an European market where a standard integration is not yet available. The project was driven by the needs of a Belgium-based 3PL operating in Belgium.Will’s depth of knowledge, and practical ideas were invaluable throughout the discussion. His insights helped shape a viable approach and have already initiated momentum towards a potential solution. A highly productive and collaborative session that delivered real value.
The journey started a while ago, but throughout the long wait, the team at Mintsoft were engaged. Then came the process for getting the software implemented and active, despite many questions and support requests, Larisa in the support team never failed to deliver. Always upbeat, never too much trouble, providing answers to support requests, providing insight into possible solutions for potential issues and going above and beyond to solve, what seemed at first the mountain, just turned into a small road bump!!Throughout the whole onboarding process, she provided exceptional service levels, my advice, ask for Larisa if you onboard yourself!!Then we get to the ever helpful Ross, always with us throughout the journey, able to look at what was needed, providing clear training and a great supportive attitude.As with all software, there are some things that you would like it to do that it doesn't and some unexpected things it does that you didn't expect, but the onboarding and support team give you the best chance of success.I hope that the post adoption phase goes as well in terms of prompt and active support, if so, we will be more than satisfied.For software that manages 3PL cleints, it is good, some functionality could be improved and some are great, overall 3.8 ratingThe support team that assist with the onboarding and adoption of the system, they are definately a 5 star service.Thanks Larisa and Ross....
The onboarding experience was great, we felt it was tailored to our needs. We felt there was a good team assembled in order to account for all of the things one needs when migrating from one system to another. We were onboarded by Ross who was always in good spirits and tried to make sure we understood everything. I would suggest to try and emulate a more precise context as the one the clients has so they can encounter real life errors accompanied by someone from the team. - The 5411 LLC
